Customers often highlight the Galaxy Tab S3's impressive screen quality, ease of use, and long battery life as significant strengths. The included S Pen and lightweight design also receive considerable praise. However, some customers find the price to be a drawback, and a few express concern about the limited storage capacity. Overall, the positive feedback on key features outweighs the negative comments.

This tablet is great for drawing and writing with the S Pen. Works great for playing games on it, and the audio quality with music and videos is great.

Spen is included unlike Apple ipad pro where we need to purchase it
I feel construction should have been metal or good quality plastic instead of glass as chances of getting damaged is high without a case.
Adding case will make it bulky

Beautiful screen. poor programing. No way to connect tv or usb. Apps tend to store everything on limited internal memory. some apps have no way to site storage on SD card. Many other nits. Very expensive toy, ebook reader video watcher. Not a device for business or tech use.

While this is a good device, it is stuck in a boot loop and nothing I've tried has fixed it. Samsung is clueless and refuses to stand behind it.
According to Google, this model getting stuck at the "Samsung" boot screen is quite common.
Samsung has proven that they are incapable of engineering quality products as of late. Its probably best to just stay away from them.

The overall feel of the Tab S3 is sturdy and quality. But once I started using it it was apparent I made a big mistake getting it. The camera in it is equal to a $29.00 smartphone camera. I have found that Samsung always made the most high & high end merchandise. But they really out did themselves in a terrible way on they're last 2 top models the Tab S3 & Tab S4 compared to Apples Amazing flagship Ipad pro edition. The last time I was at Bestbuy and saw the iPad 12.9 3rd generation on display I was completely blown away! And had to have it. Even though I'm an android enthusiast. I have bought the Samsung Galaxy series since my the Samsung Galaxy S3 phone to my current Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus. I would never buy another Samsung Tablet through that's for sure. If you have a Best Buy near you, check out they're display models of Samsung's flagship tablets then the iPad pro 12.9. Then you'll understand what I mean : )

Security Issue That Makes the Tablet Obsolete

There is a security issue that makes the tablet obsolete and totally unusable. I bought the tablet, loved the clear display and everything about it. Decided to upgrade to a laptop 2 days later. My husband wanted the tablet. During the 2 days time, after setting up the tablet with my gmail account, which is required for that tablets apps, I had changed by gmail account password. Changing passwords is a security standard for all accounts. Because the tablet does not recognize the new gmail password and has no ability to sync with gmail, the tablet is now permanently locked. We will have to send it back to Samsung for a reset. We always pass our devices down to the Grand Children. We will encounter the same issue in the future. Until Samsung and gmail gets that issued worked out, I would suggest buying a different tablet.

Bought Galaxy S3 Tablet 10/30/17. Cord that connects charger plug to tablet is fraying, about to separate. Samsung refused to honor warranty unless it receives damaged cord and proof of purchase, then relented when I said I would return the device to Best Buy. Then service agent transferred me to internet sales, who asked for a ticket number--which wasn't provided. I WILL RETURN THE ENTIRE PRODUCT TO BEST BUY AND WILL NEVER BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS AGAIN.

After just 3 weeks the glass is cracking and it hasn't been dropped. Samsung eliminated the IR Blaster which made there products a step above. Now they are just like an Ipad. The pen doesn't have a holder so it's very easy to lose.
