    I had good customer service. The person I had went over every tablet so I can be able to compare to make my choice. I like the fact that I can utilize like a mini computer and a phone. I haven't had any issues as of yet. I wish there was deals on screen protector and case they are very expensive. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

    Let me start off by saying that I clearly knew how much the device cost before buying it. My primary complaint would be the unnecessary and overabundance of apps pre installed on the device. In an effort to make android devices more feature rich I believe that the technology and the interfaces have become unnecessarily complicated. There is a reason most people prefer stock Android... It's simple and easy to manage. Thanks Samsung for some great hardware, no thanks for all the other junk.

    After my iPad died I decided to go with this tablet. I have been very pleased with this purchase. It has been more reliable than the iPad. My iPad was dropping out of the app I was working on often. The Galaxy Tab S3 has been much more reliable.
