    This open box item was listed to be in excellent condition and it was the complete opposite. Tablet black was damaged, charger missing, no S-Pen, and when I tried to return it it was a hassle. Thankfully, after nearly 20-30 minutes the team at best buy was able to work out the return.

    This staff that was selling the items did not know their product did not know their items and we're not nice to their customers And the first time I went in the sales person when I was looking at the item and the manager was very helpful, but when I went to purchase, it was a group of young men that only cared about their cell phones and their selves bad staff
