So far there have been no issues and as far as I can tell there aren't many differences between this watch and some of the more expensive ones.

I even was told that it would be compatable with his phone. Had to return and they didn't have a watch in stock that was compatable with his phone.

I have ab older version but her's is more improved and better and it works great no defects or any problems with it at all.

My sister in law loves this new watch it was a upgrade for her since her Galaxy watch 4 is starting to show its age. This has all the necessary things that most smart watches need.

It has been easy to use and keeps up with all my walking goals . the battery has to be charged daily. Im not use to that but that's my main pain point.
