battery life was horrible, returned it after a week

Otherwise it worked well on bluetooth I took it back

i purchased this watch 4 wks ago and already the screen does not work.. i can hear it ring, make sounds but no display .

Had to return cause would not connect to my att account even though is unlocked

My fiancé really likes this watch and he gets a lot of compliments! I was debating with an Apple Watch but I’m glad I picked this watch ! He is a mechanic. It’s is very strongly built he has never had any issues with it !!! ♥️ charging is a plus ! On top never slowed down like them fossils cheaply watches .100% recommended even if it’s been out for a while it’s very fancy catches a lot of eye !

I purchased this watch in the rose gold with the LTE nearly 2 years ago and I love it. I had to replace it once before because it wouldn't stay on and I just got the same model from Best Buy. I am now having to replace it because now the face won't come on but I want the same one with the moving bevel. It's not only useful but it is beautiful also. It holds up well to pumps because mine doesn't have any scratches on it and I do occasionally bump it. I don't use the texting feature on the phone because the letters are too small but I do like receiving my texts and calls on my watch. I didn't give it a 5 star because I'm replacing it for the 2nd time. But, I do LOVE this watch. I purchased a Rolex band to go on the watch and it really looks good. I get asked often, what kind of watch is that? It's beautiful.

The watch is/isn't technically "unlocked". As of right now (for only God knows why) T-Mobile is (thankfully) the only carrier that is allowed to provide LTE on it. Idk why Sammy (Samsung) decided this was best but lately I find myself questioning their decisions as their soon-to-be former fan. T-Mo is the "Un-carrier" so it only makes sense in that sense. When the Gear S3 Frontier was first released, T-Mo was the first to have it. Verizon didn't get it until a whole year later! So far the only con to this watch is that good ol' Sammy removed the MST feature which we all knew & loved.

Week one of having this watch and it doing great. My only complaint is the band, they are sized a little small, I have large wrist and the large band is almost too small. But not to big of a deal, that's the only reason for the 4 star rating. The battery life is I would say as described, I have noticed if you don't keep your phone with you and connected via bluetooth, it dramatically shortens the battery life. I can only get 1 day out of it, when not connected through my bluetooth. But it still works great, no change in features, Calls are clear and loud, no complaints on the other person hearing me. I love using the Samsung health app, it updates your phone and you can keep track of everything right on the watch with ease. I really like the smaller size, I didn't want the 46mm, I think its a little too big, this feels like a normal size regular watch, comfortable to wear.

Limited functionality. Uses I've found are: -heartbeat monitor -altimiter -music streaming (not simple) -finding lost cell phone -keeping track of time Cons: -Samsung operating system uses only limited apps from the Samsung Galaxy All store which means you have almost no apps to choose from. Basically everything is either watch face apps or different versions of weather apps and crap like that -Stock band sucks. Silicone is terribly uncomfortable and low quality. -It's not easy to set up for standalone usage at all. From what I understand you need a Samsung device to set up the cellular connection. It's supposed to display the ICCID number (similar to sim) so you can set up the device with a carrier but it says "ICCID unknown" and according to a Reddit user who had the same issue it means you have to go through a 7-8 step workaround involving a Samsung phone. Going to try the other T Mobile store to see if they're more knowledgeable than the first store I tried. If you decide to buy it (because you don't have an iphone so can't use an apple watch) I wouldn't recommend buying the watch from best buy. The store employees were not eager to help. I stood there at the watch display case waiting for someone to help while employees stood around chit chatting and ignoring me because I wasn't in their section. Bad customer service experience and unsatisfactory product. Battery is decent. Screen is decent. Watch face looks nice. Maybe I'll change my mind after a while but the only reason I'm not returning this for something better is the $60 restocking fee. Samsung just can't compete with Apple these days.

My chief complaint is an extremely short battery life. Have to recharge almost everyday

This is the first smart watch I've owned, it's been durable and extreamly useful.

I love this watch but I don't get the battery life I keep hearing about. I have everything turned off except the weather app but I still have to charge this watch every night. I love the look of the watch and get a lot of compliments on it but wish it had the better battery life.

Great watch does what i need for marathon training. GPS is accurate and the ability to download and play music from the watch without my phone is a major bonus.
