Amazing, weird update issues tho, and band eh
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed.So far I've loved my watch. Its wonderful. The reach to my phone is far enough that I dont need to worry about on BT (I dont have the lte on yet) and can make calls and text when I need to. The workout functions are spot on and is super helpful too. Basically it does everything I need. The silsilicon strap was annoying and so I replaced it with a magnetic one that works way better. The silicone trapped water or would get sweaty and made my wrist break out.... also recently with a new update I keep getting a notification that says spotify is draining my battery, however, it was never running at all, not even in the background so I uninstalled it and then it still sent the same notification. So I think theres a bug in the recent update. Cant find any solution online yet and havent contacted cs yet. But it's not really a terrible thing, just an annoying notification.

Needless to say the watch is still a beautiful utility. I customized the bezel and band, making this timepiece, timeless to say the least. Thanks Best Buy :)

||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.My samsung watch gives me the freedom of leaving my phone at home if I need to. In my case I can't have my phone on me when I meet with clients. I know feel comfortable with leaving my phone in another office and having the capability of texts. Emails and or calls especially with children

He stopped wearing his Frontier 46mm smartwatch. I don't wear my other smartwatches since this is such a very good everyday watch for work and especially love to work out with it.

- A:Answer There are 2 versions of this phone. One just with Bluetooth for $329.00 and one with cellular for $379.00...You have to know which one you want when you buy it. the lesser expensive one has blue tooth only. This means that you must have your cell phone nearby for the watch to accept calls and texts, etc. This model will never be able to be cellular on it's own. So you have to make up your mind if you want blue tooth or cellular upon purchasing. The $379.00 model must be purchased along with a cellular plan from Verizon, T Mobile, etc. The price per month will be depended upon purchase. It will have its own phone number and will be independent from your existing device. It will be just like a cell phone on your wrist. Unfortunately the discounted carriers like Straight Talk, etc. do not have the capability to host the watch. You must do a plan from a regular carrier, eg. Verizon, etc. So decide before you buy either one as to what you want out of this device. There is no turning back if you buy the lesser expensive one, as you will never make it independent of your current cellphone. I have decided to wait until the discounted carriers like Straight Talk can incorporate it into their monthly cards that we buy.

Q: QuestionIf I don't get the unlocked model, does this mean I won't be able to activate with other carriers such as Verizon later?

- A:Answer Ultimately there is no guarantee that this unlocked model will work for Verizon. While it is not locked to Tmobile currently only Tmobile has agreed with Samsung to activate this wearable. For wearables using esim like this each carrier needs to whitelist the IMEI and then allow the device on their network. If you buy the unlocked edition of this watch with LTE, you risk that Verizon may never allow it. No way to tell and Verizon and Samsung are not sharing their plans. However if you buy the LTE edition directly from Tmobile it is indeed locked and Tmobile currently is not offering a way to immediately unlock them (at least as of now), so it would be less likely to ever work on another carrier. Buying the non-LTE version of this watch will not be able to ever connect directly to a carrier. However overall regardless of carrier you can use the LTE or non-LTE version of this watch with a phone on any carrier. It will just require your phone to be nearby with Bluetooth active (or a wifi network you can join) to get data on the watch.
