    This open-box watch was advertised as being in excellent condition meaning it looks and works like new. It works well but arrived with scratches on the face of the watch and filthy. This is false advertising and really makes me doubt Bestbuy's trustworthiness when advertising and open-box product in excellent condition. Going by Bestbuy's definitions, the watch arrived in fair condition at best. I wouldn't have bought this watch that was advertised as supposedly looking like new if I knew it would arrived with scratches. The watch itself is good.
