Q: What is the difference between unlocked and GPS?
A: So there is a cellular version of the watch (unlocked) and a version that does NOT have cellular service(GPS). The naming isn't great. Both have the exact same hardware (Bluetooth, Wifi, NFC, etc) EXCEPT for cellular. If you wanted to make and receive calls and have cellular data when your phone is not around you would want the unlocked (and will have to pay for cell service). For most people GPS is fine. One example might be if you like to go for a jog without your phone, then Unlocked would be your ideal choice.
Q: I need expert opinion on the battery life of this watch
A: I use it everyday, and receive tons of notifications. battery lasts about 1 1/2 days on 1 charge.
Q: what exercise apps build in Samsung galaxy
A: Metrics Measured Blood oxygen, Blood pressure, Electrocardiography, Heart rate, Sleep quality, Steps taken
Q: Does it have fall detection?
A: The Galaxy watch 4 does, in fact, have fall detection. It will detect a hard fall through the accelerometer. When a fall is detected, the watch will ring for 60 seconds and if you fail to confirm or deny your fall, it will automatically contact your predetermined emergency contact and send them an SOS message with your location attached. If you are able, it will allow you to call your emergency contact.
Q: Is it compatible with the iPhone 12 max
A: No, since they switched to wear OS from tizen, they dropped iOS support.
A: Kind of. The cable with the charger that attaches to the back of the watch is included. But you will need a charging block that plugs into the wall, unless you just plug the USB into your PC. Its a little disc that is magnetized and attaches to the back of the watch, and the other end is USB-A connector.
A: Yes, that is true. To be specific it is the, ECG and Blood pressure functionality of the watch. Those two are tied to the Samsung Health Monitor App, that is included only on Samsung Galaxy Phones. They say it is related to privacy and FDA issues. There is a way around it, but you have to side load (Custom APK) an app to your phone and watch. Search the forums.xda-developers.com you'll find the thread.
Q: Does anyone know what the lug width is for the 46mm Classic?
A: All of the new Galaxy watches are 20mm
