    Soooo disappointed in this product. Am back to my Fitbit watches. At least when Fitbit messes up royally, they confess and make ammends. Watch4 was recently "bricked" with their latest update, firmware version R8xxXXU1GVI3. Ended up away from a charger and battery drained. Bricked my watch4. Still looking for remedy. Fitbit sent me a full rebate for my Ionic watch, I had bought a fitbit sense with that rebate and wore both the watch4 and Fitbit sense for almost a year, trying to learn to like my watch4. Problem solved. Back to my Fitbit watches. Samsung will have to dig really deep to get me to try their junk watches again.
