I loved the Galaxy Watch4 Classic but unfortunately the one I bought kept on restarting when I turned it on. I returned it and got a new one and that one too was doing the same thing.

Stay far away from Samsung. Their products break easily, they don't follow through with their promotions, and their customer "service" is awful.

Not happy with product..watch stopped working and wont power up after owning for 7 months..will never buy a samsung watch again..and bestbuy warrenties suck..

Couldn't use Facer; Not able to use Google Assistant; not pleased with the charger, as the Galaxy watch previously had a charging stand this is just a dot you lay your watch on. Boo face

The best of TIZEN just flushed in this watch (customization. Compatibility and reliability) Samsung keep sinking yourself,, Apple fan love no changes,, specially stupid changes

Not a good open box buy. However, this is the only open box from best buy that has not been in excellent condition

Overrated for the price they charge. You actually don't need all the shenanigans save your money folks.

2nd watch first 2 defective verified by store associates and geek squard, really wanted this watch should I purchase another one.

Its total garbage. Don't bother unless you want zero support from Samsung if there are problems, or rather, when there are problems because there will be.

Just ordered this watch on June 9th and it already is broken and will not charge.

I received no help setting it up and there were no directions. Could not activate it. So I returned it.

Did the same as my Gear S3 Frontier returned wasnt worth it to upgrade

I wanted to love this watch. My Versa 3 broke on me so I decided to try a new watch. I had three different watches and all of them would not allow vibration/sound notification for the text messages. The last one worked for 1 day. Back to Fitbit I go. For the price, it's ridiculous3

Love the watch and the size fits just right. Battery life is the reason it is not 4 stars. Not absolutely atrocious, but certainly could/should be better for the price you're paying.

Wear OS on this watch is kind of questionable. Not entirely sure what happened here but I absolutely dislike wear os ever since I had MOTO 360 watch. I was glad to rid of it and finally be able to switch to tizen when I bought my first Galaxy watch. I like some app integration on the new one don't get me wrong but there are some watch faces from tizen that I could still use. My Watch4 was very glitchy (screen freeze, auto shutdowns, battery life is questionable). I'm not sure if it was just my watch or its Wear OS. I like that there is still some tizen touches here and there but its a completely different watch from what I've been buying over the years and I've had all the samsung series watches and quite enjoyed most of them. I also have a problem with the watch band that came with this watch. If you are buying premium, you better put a leather watch band on it but Saumsung decided to put a watch band that doesnt fit around your wrist properly and a silicone band at that that feels cheap. If you have a small wrist, you will DEFINITELY need to buy a new watch band. Why didn't Samsung include a leather band with this? Come on Samsung don't screw over your customers like that. BUT despise all this ramblings and complaints, I'm going to give it another shot just because I absolutely love Samsung products and do an exchange and see if that makes any difference but if you still have your Watch3, KEEP IT. I wish I had held on to my Watch3. Wait for the new Galaxy watch coming out in the next few years and hope for the very best.

I have had each of the 46mm watches, the first Bluetooth only and the others LTE with Sprint then TMobile. The watch is excellent and durable. The band ok, though a metal or leather band provides for a more secure experience. The band that comes with the Watch 4 Classic is not comfortable as in the earlier generations. Eventually I got use to it. Battery life is not as good as the Watch 3 46mm Classic. I get just over 1 day versus just over 2 days. Final configuration should bring 2 days. Samsung Pay works like a champ. Once setup, operation is consistent. The companion phone is the Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G.

This watch is better than advertised. It's got all the features you can want to make sure your health journey is kept on track from heart rate to body matrix. If you want a watch that does what you need without needing extra straps and equipment like Apple, then this is the watch for you. It sinks up perfectly with Samsung health giving you a complete look at your health from sleep patterns to workouts.

its pretty cool watch but the only reason I give it 4 stars cause Samsung made the watch where it can't work with iOS no more if it did work with iOS I would of bought one but since it doesn't its not worth it if u want a Samsung watch that works with iOS go for samsung galaxy watch 3 it last one that work with iOS
