Got the Samsung watch to monitor heart rate because of health issues. The heart rate monitor is not anywhere near accurate. It’s been 16 days since purchase and now it says not returnable.

Its great, but it calls people and opens apps with just a touch from the long sleeve shirt, there needs to be a setting for that reason, like a better lock screen

Compatibility issue. Was not working with iphone. Functions are okay.

Returned the first one thinking it was the watch. Nope. Still doesn't work on my left wrist over my tattoos.

Dont buy galay 5 watch if you want to monitor glucose. Says in description it doesbut cant find any options on phone or watch, samsung health. Got ripped off

Watch has very short range and glitches when sending texts. Not a fan.

I really loved this watch for the first week. But after that my wrist started itching underneath the body of the watch. My skin was red and the blood came to the surface. There were also two white raised marks underneath the watch on my skin. I took it off for 2 days and put it back on and my skin got worse even though it had cleared the first time. My recommendation would be to not wear it but a few hours at a time to break it in particularly if you have sensitive skin. The only problem I noticed with the function of the watch is that the sleep tracking coach would never kick in for some reason. There seems to be certain parameters that have to be met. It kept saying I needed another week night of sleep to trigger the coaching but I kept wearing it at night and it never kicked in. I think I will try a much cheaper fitness band and only use it when I exercise. I have had an older Alta Fitbit for some time and have been wearing it recently with no problems at all.

I have brought 2 watches for the purpose of blood pressure measuring. And neither 1 AM I able to do this. So very dissatisfied.

Nice to have everything on your watch but I am having a hard time turning it off.

Recently I purchased my first smartwatch the galaxy watch 5. There are two sizes for the watch a forty millimeter and a forty-four millimeter, but I went with the smaller one to avoid bulkiness. This being my first smartwatch I do not have anything to compare but the convince makes me question why I have not gotten one earlier. One of my favorite features is the fitness aspect of the watch and all the vitals it can measure. Connecting the watch was quick and easy even without having a Samsung phone its all done through a single app. After connecting there is tons of customization such as different watch faces or what notifications you want on your home screen. As far as comfort goes it’s as comfortable as other watches of the same size. The battery life is fair I get about 28 hours of battery life but with the quick charge feature I typically stay above 15 percent charge. As far as features go my favorite part of the watch and the main reason I bought a smart watch was for the heart rate monitor and step counter that I have found to be fairly accurate. One feature that I use more than I thought I would is the Spotify app and being able to change and pick songs on my watch or switch playlist was surprisingly useful. Another really convenient feature is being able to quickly look at notifications on the watch. As for downsides there is not many that I have incurred yet other than if you don’t have the always on display that sometime the watch won’t turn on and you have to dramatically flip your wrist a few times. Overall I really like the new Samsung galaxy watch 5 and would recommend it to anyone that is on the fence of buying their first smartwatch.

Fast shipping and delivery. Love the Samsung watch, it fits perfectly and looks sharp. This was an open box item and it was absolutely perfect. Just the way to go to save some bucks.

It does not measure blood pressure, it does not measure blood sugar, the use of the watch to measure sleep caused me a burn Samsung never responded

Love it! I upgrated from a Fitbit and I love it so far. Looks great amd it's slim too so it doesn’t feel bulky. The battery runs out pretty quick though, however I carry my cables with me everywhere anyways.

I love it. I needed one to tack my sleep and steps. This is perfect for that. PLus i get more stuff i love to use. so its a win win

I bought the watch for my wife for her birthday. She loves it! The watch looks beautiful and is easy to use. The only thing I would improve on is the battery life.

Its great helping my husband track steps, sleep, and heart rate! Taking calls and replying to texts are good too!

After having a Fitbit for a few years, i was reluctant to switch to Samsung. Ibdo like the round face as so manynhave the rectangular or square faces. I like to be different. I prefer the food diary in the Fitbit app better. I'm a little disappointed with the battery life. I have to keep it on power save so I dont have to charge it every day.
