I'm someone that loses my phone constantly, and this watch helps me find it or I just use it as my phone since I can make phone calls and send text messages. Battery life last me a god 2-3 days without a charge, depending how much I'm using it. It's customizable and tracks daily health. I don't have anything negative to say about it.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. In order to connect and/or stay connected, most Bluetooth devices need to be within 30 feet of the phone or tablet it is paired to. Make sure the devices are close enough; otherwise, they will not connect or remain connected to one another. She loves it, is has more customizable options, and at first, she thought it felt big but has come to realize it's the same size. She is thrilled with it and has made it her own.
