Health tracking and interaction with the phone is tremendous. The only drawback (and a personal issue) is the watch bans. Needs to be tight, but the rubberized material can get hot and sweaty making it uncomfortable, Changed to cloth and much better.

He uses it to track his exercises at the gym and hikes and mountain bike trips. He loves it and said the gained insight has helped him a lot in his fitness journey!
