Doesn't Pair With Samsung Galaxy S22

We have done all the troubleshooting possible. We've taken his phone to the AT&T store to make sure the issue wasn't with the phone. We've done a factory reset, and still, the device won't pair with the phone. I've exchanged the watch once so far to see if the watch was defective. That didn't help. At this point, it's past the exchange and return window, and we don't know what to do.

It doesn't stay connected to my phone for long and when it is connected I have difficulty finding and connecting other BlueTooth devices.

There could be a number of reasons why a Bluetooth device may randomly disconnect from your Galaxy phone or tablet. It could be that the device has a low battery, was moved too far away from the Galaxy device, or the Bluetooth function was accidentally turned off. In order to connect, most Bluetooth devices need to be within 30 feet of the phone or tablet. Make sure the devices are close enough; otherwise, they will not connect or stay connected. Galaxy vs. Fitbit

Try to do that with a walker. the Galaxy watch would record around 30 steps per day and my Fitbit records in excess of 1200 steps on an average day and I do the same process with walking every day. It does have an interesting face that is easy to change.

Unavailable to get it to connect due to some "software bug", ontop of this the tech for my protection plan said all that could be done was send it in (week+ timeline) no same day replacement offered. Then was told to exchange but was unable to because there was no other open box and was expected to pay extra for the same watch but new.

I only wanted this for a few capabilities yet I have to deal with clutter. I won't use this, I'll find some to give it to as I don't have time to stand in line and return it.

Unnecessary apps can be removed either through the Galaxy Wearable app or directly from the watch. This process helps free up space and can improve watch performance. Steps vary slightly between Wear OS models and older versions. To delete apps from your phone for a Wear OS watch, open the Galaxy Wearable app, and then tap Watch settings. On older models, open Galaxy Wearable, and tap the Home tab. On Wear OS models, tap Watch settings, and then tap Apps. For older models, tap Apps, and then swipe to and tap Manage Apps. On Wear OS watches, select the app, then tap Uninstall, and then tap Uninstall to confirm. On older models, tap the Delete icon (the trash can), select the app(s) you want to delete, and then tap Uninstall. Tap Uninstall to confirm. To delete apps directly from your watch, navigate to the Apps screen that has the app you want to uninstall. Touch and hold that screen. Perfect for even a casual user

I am not a techie and would be considered a casual user. The battery is good, the watch is easy to navigate. The Galaxy Expert at BB St Matthews was a huge help. I bought the larger size 44mm just so I wouldn't have any issues seeing the watch face without my glasses on. It is big, but fits my wrist without over whelming it. I'm so glad that I returned the Garmin and decided on this Galaxy 6.
