I was torn between this product and a Polar Watch. I have a Galaxy S4 so I figured I'd give it a try. I absolutely love it. My text messages appear on my watch and I love that I can send quick replies. When I'm around the house I sometimes miss calls when I don't hear it ring. Now my great watch tells me when my phone is ringing and the caller. I only gave it 4 stars because I use the watch along with RunKeeper when I run. RunKeepr uses GPS, and I believe the watch calculates the miles by steps. Not sure. But the distance on the watch is always a lot more than RunKeeper. I do love that it tracks my steps throughout the day. I really love it and am really glad I bought it.

This feels great to wear all day. the charger is a breeze to snap on. I can still receive notifications and text messages even though I'm not allowed a phone at work

i wanted this gear fitness watch to notify me of incoming calls and texts without having my phone on me. I also walk/jog, it is perfect for counting my steps.

It's great! Not big like Gear watch, right size. shows notifications, email arrivals w/ brief description, and can get apps for it for calculator, timer, pedometer.

It keeps me from having to carry my phone everywhere to track my steps.

I love that i get texts and other notifications on the device, just wish i could reply. Distance that device is away from phone is good too. Love all the features.

I purchased this for my wife for Christmas. She had been wanting one for a while so I looked thru several reviews. For the money spent on this item it does a lot more than what I thought it would. My wife is very pleased with the watch and wears it a lot and seems to really like it. Battery life isn't bad it usually take about 2 days before it needs charged.

The battery life could be much better. It has good function though.

This was one of the best purchases. The pedometer works great as well as the Heart monitor. The Gear Fit Installer App makes it easy to add useful apps to your watch as well! For the price, this was an excellent value! Why spend more than you have to for the few functions you need. If you need more advaced monitoring, look at a FitBit or Apple Watch. I am a basic user who needed a watch, pedometer and heart-rate monitor in a reliable device at a great price and this is it.

Never counted steps before, now committed to 10K steps daily. Works great with Samsung phone. Can see incoming calls, emails, texts, etc. Would buy again.

Wife likes the gear fit. only hold back is that it is easy to lose. had to buy more bands with a strap in case clasp come off. depending on how much you move it is easy for enclosure to come apart.

I love my Samsung - Gear Fit Fitness watch and Heart Monitor because it not only monitors my heart, but more importantly it tracks my activities day and night.
