I bought this for my wife so she could track her walking. I set it up to be linked to her tablet (need to install Samsung S health and the Gearfit manager on the tablet) which was simple enough. Problem was for whatever reason, it did not track her steps properly. My stepson tried it and has been working fine for him. So he has the Gearfit now.

The gear fit is small enough I don't mind wearing it all the time. I have even received compliments on it. Works great as an activity tracker and I'm sure it will do more once I learn all the additional apps it will integrate with.

I liked the device overall. I returned mine out of fear that the clasp would not hold the device on my arm. Nice but it desires a better method of holding.

It's a great fitness tracker. Unfortunately the app that links it to my Note 3 currently doesn't work. Apparently a know issue they are still trying to fix.

So far I have loved my gear fit from Best Buy. I had one before and it started rebooting and rebooting and Samsung said they cant fix it because it is an international model. Be sure to ask about that before you buy one. The one I got from Best Buy is working fine. Love it.

I bought my samsung to see how active I am during the day since I have a desk job. I can see how many steps I take, limited excercise activity, and my blood pressure as well as sleeping habits. I love it!

I usually record myself doing exercise for a challenge I have, and I can't record and count steps/calories with my phone, so the Gear Fit helps me with this.

Does everything I want it too,but sometimes doesn't register all of the steps taken. Also wish it would measure heart rate without stopping to measure.

Very easy to use. Tracks sleep well. Many apps to choose from.

Overall great product, easy to set up. I like the most that I can see instantly who's calling or texting. I don't have to always get my phone out of the pocket to see. Great also that it is water resistance.

Bought it for my wife and she loves it. Not too big for her wrist, like all the other smart watches, and it does more than the regular fitness band. She loves getting her notifications on her wrist so she doesn't have to get her phone out every time she gets a text, and she doesn't miss many calls. She likes to change her wallpaper to match her outfit for the day. The battery needs charged every 3 to 4 days depending on the usage, which is good for her. Her students, she teaches 7th grade, are just amazed by it also. The only real negative is the heart rate monitor, it normally takes a few tries to get a reading.

I like that I can read text and email on this device. It will also control media playing on my phone which is handy for using the phone as a bluetooth media streaming device. I am using the Gear Fit with a Samsung S6.

Several times I have had to exchange the watch because it got stuck in a never ending boot cycle. Thankfully I bought the extend insurance walked in swapped it out no deductible awesome insurance.

I use my Gear Fit daily. It has been an asset to my life. In the last 4 months I have lost 27lbs. I bought the Gear Fit for myself when I lost 25lbs as a reward. It helps me track my daily steps but so much more! I like being able to read my email, text messages, and answer my phone. I think out of all the exercise bands out there, this one is the best!

Watch is comfy and easy to uses. Keeps track of steps well.

Good basic wearable technology. A little bulky and you have to be still for the heart rate monitor to work. Nice to read quick text/email. Watch alerts me to calls and messages before my phone.

I am pleased, over all, with the Samsung Gear Fit. In hindsight I wish I would've spent a little more on a phone watch like the Gear 2. If you're just looking for a fitness tracker it'll do the job.
