    It surprises me with different things that this Fit Gear works. I like it so far I would like it even mo r if it was water proof .

    I just wish it had an exercise function that said WEIGHT LIFTING or OTHER that just turned the heart rate monitor and calculated calories burned by your average heart rate and workout time.

    It started out working fine, but then after about a month it doesn't correctly calculate steps and the coaching feature is all over the place. Hoping I can get it fixed. Otherwise, I like it.

    All that had to be done was charge the gear turn it on step by step instructions were on the screen to get everything set up.

    It does not sync with iPhone. The phone features with android sync are practical but I don't use the exercise track of the phone just the one in the watch. I would recommend but if I wanted t to use the phone features I would get a better one.
