I received this as part of a promotion deal with my S7 Edge. I have had it for the last 3 weeks and it is comfortable to wear during all activities. It accurately tracks my heart rate, steps, and stairs. The internal GPS is an outstanding feature since It doesn't require me to carry around my phone. The ability to have music stored on here and work out without a phone is great!! An excellent add on to my phone.

This watch is great for counting steps and checking heart rate. What I like most about it is getting notifications on the watch. You can view text and reply a couple of words, you can see incoming calls too. I don't think you can set an alarm for the clock though.

The gear fit 2 is amazing. All the features one would want in a fitness tracker and with a gorgeous screen. Well worth the money and with a GPS built in makes it a great value!

This is my first fitness tracker. I used the S Health app on my Galaxy phones, but was frustrated with having to carry my phone at all time to get an accurate count. This watch has removed that need and has allowed me to also track my sleep and workouts.

I got this watch as a gift for pre-ordering the note 7. I already had a Motorola 360 smart watch, but this has become more of my daily wearable. It has a great screen, works with most apps, and is wearable in my environments like a construction site and gym.

I've had this for a few months now and feel comfortable writing an honest review. First the good. It does have a comfortable feel to it and is hardly noticeable on my arm at any time. I love the way it connects to my Galaxy S7 and even tracks my sleep patterns. It has a fast charging rate and I view the battery life as good enough. For me the bad. I am in a wheelchair and do a lot of heavy exercise in a handcycle. When I am doing my workout it will not automatically track my pulse rate and that was the primary reason for this purchase. Once I get sweaty it also will not track my pulse. The clasp on the watch band is real easy to pop off by accident. Now I saw some reviews talking about it not charging properly. I did see this with mine but just cleaned the contacts and there was no trouble at all. Overall if your not in a wheelchair I think it would be great for you.

Since it has to fit so snuggly, makes my wrist sweat a little because the material of the band. More sleep monitoring features would be nice. But overall, easy to customize and navigate thru the screens. Battery drains pretty if not in power saving mode

This watch helps with tracking steps, calories, heart rate, etc. It can also play music and run Spotify. It syncs to Samsung Health easily. If you get one, GET a screen protector, immediately. I cracked my screen in the first week. It's not Samsung's fault, I was in a crowd and banged it on a concrete wall as I was trying to get through. Still works great, though it's ugly now.

I have big wrists, just over 8", and the fit and feel was just ok. The curve of the fit2 doesn't really contour to my wrist so I get a lot of missed heart rate readings. It has a decent amount of features but not many apps available and the integration with apps on my S7 Edge isn't that great. Extremely limited replies on text messaging. For what it does, in my opinion, the fit2 is overpriced. One of the big pet downs is battery life. If you buy the watch to use all of the features it advertises it might last a day, at most. If you want to strip it down and turn off most of the features like wifi and location you can possibly stretch it to two days. All in all it's not very impressive for the price.

I had the gear fit and it was great, but most things were not automatic, meaning most trackers had to be started manually, but the gear fit two is mostly automatic, and only have to do things manually for very specific things. GPS tracker, Music player with 4gb and Bluetooth for a headset, light and comfortable.

Bought this to replace my Gear Fit 1st gen that finally broke (physical damage) after holding on for dear life 3 years old. This works just as well or better. Occasionally gets buggy after a few weeks but a restart fixes it, must just need to be reset sometimes. Only gripe is no horizontal/vertical choice like my old one (only vertical) but I've managed to adapt.

Bought this for my husband. It is one of the coolest watches I've seen. He loves it. Stylish and easy to use. The fact that you can see your messages without taking out your phone is great especially if you are working and can't check them. The exercise apps etc is what we were looking for in a watch. Coolest!

The Samsung gear fit 2 works very well and my wife and I have enjoyed using it. We are not triathlon people so this suits our need. We have gotten a lot of compliments on it and people were very interested after I showed them how to use it while wearing it and using the app. I have to say the blue tooth is fantastic. I was in the basement and it told me I had a call coming in while my phone was upstairs. One problem is the watch strap, it will unsnap and the gear fit 2 will fall off your wrist. I need to get a band that goes over the strap to keep it secure. The design by Samsung missed the mark. Also the battery does not last what they say 4-5 days. If you use this with your email and text the battery lasts 1 - 1 1/2 days. I guess I have to figure what I really need to track so as not to drain the battery. Other than that its great...

It has been a month now using this device. It is very nice and comfortable device. I am moving this this device from the fitbit flex bands. Here are my thoughts: - A whole lot more comfortable than the Fitbit., - Sharp, bright, colorful screen. - Excellent response and accuracy,. - Very easy to use, quick set up, - Very reasonable price. Overall, I love this wearable.

I specifically went to the store to buy this product. My dad likes Samsung. He needed an upgrade to his Fitbit charge, plus the great sale. So I ran home after work, picked up my kid, and went to the store! I love Best Buy and always have someone there sell me something awesome! However, the Samsung salesperson not only ignored me, but made eye contact with me and proceeded to turn his attention to another customer. I felt really shorted because this other customer had entered the section after me. I was really interested in the other watches.... Could've have bought a bigger watch but the kinda ruin my experience, I didn't even want to shop around after that. The check out person was super cheerful given the seasonal shopping and so were the asset protection people, they redeemed the poor actions of Samsung seller.

You almost have to have one of Samsung's phones to use this tracker to its full potential. You can use it as a fitness tracker no problem, but getting the app it syncs to to run on anything else is a pain in the rear end. Still, once it's paired up it's a great little device. I mostly need the app at work so I can set my alarm to let me know when it's time to wrap up for lunch or the end of my shift... easier with this than pulling out my phone to check the time constantly, and I can set as many alarms as I need throughout the day on the phone; no need to change the setting after it goes off. My biggest problem is the time on the device doesn't seem to stay up-to-date when I set it to power saving mode... and if I don't use power saving mode, the battery will die in me in a couple of days if I forget to recharge it.

The Gear fit2 works very well keeps track of my steps very nicely. The heart monitor is correct. I tested it against the heart monitor at rite aid. The different watch faces some are free some you pay for but enough different faces.
