Inaccurate and poor battery life

It does not count floors at all, even in commercial buildings where the floors are more than ten feet high. I returned the device to Samsung twice and they insist that there is nothing wrong with it even though their support forum has hundreds of entries complaining about the same problem. The watch now resides in my kitchen drawer because I can't bring myself to throw away $150.
