I like it just havent fig every thing out yet on it

Once the band breaks I guess you're screwed. I cant get any answers as to how to get a new band. After spending this sort of money and no replacement part. It SUCKS!

Dont really use it but when i do i guess its ok ???

I loved the way it looked and how bright the colors were, but it was not accurate nor did the battery last long enough. Also the Bluetooth was horrible. The ban disconnected more than it connected.

I would recommend if anyone that wants to save a but I'm less to purchase a Samsung washing not to purchase this Samsung 2 One of the worse watches ever and you're better off going to a jewelry store and buying A regular digital watch.

Overall it’s a great smart watch. I have few watches, original Gear, Moto 360 and this one is the best so far. It can track all daily activities also is super accurate thanks to build in GPS (but only during manual activity start, since if GPS is on it drains battery faster). It also tracks heart rate 24/7, all of it can be synced with the phone. TO bad Samsung didn’t do a web dash for it, you need to use Health app. Another useful feature is notifications from the phone mirrored on the watch, even had simple reply function for texts. Sleep tracking was not so accurate, it was showing that I was sleeping while I was actually watching a movie restless. Battery was pretty decent, 2 days normal use. It also had a power saving mode, where screen goes black and it cuts off all wireless connectivity (it also has wifi for syncing if phone is on the same network) I was pleasantly surprised with a very vibrant curved screen and responsive touch screen. The only down side is it doesn’t sync with other fitness tracking services/eco systems.

The band broke off. Springs went flying. Best buy honored the return. No issues. Little disappointed in samsunh. I have all of there products. I will update in a month with the new one i got.

When I first got this I could go three or four days between charges. Now if I don't charge it every night it won't last two days. Haven't even had it for a year yet.

watch seems to randomly just drain all the way down in a matter of hours some days. I do not have the heart beat monitor on so that is not the cause. Very frustrating.

Do not buy, I purchased this watch 4 days ago and I already lost it. The band comes off to easily. For this price, I would prefer a fitbit because I wouldn't lose it.

Within my first month of the purchase of the watch, it started crashing and freezing up. I was told that i could text off of the watch, but the salesman didn't tell me that it would only be quick responses

After one month, it won't charge anymore. No matter how I position it on the charging cradle, it stays completely dead. Waste of money.

The charge doesnt last and after a few months I had to get a replacement because it stopped counting my steps or activity at all.

between the screen lagging periodically and the device constantly resetting i wasn't too happy with the watch

poor product all way round! did not hold charge died after 3 days and worst - fell off my wrist and lost so I wasn't even able to return to store

Horrible GPS, it will fail to acquire a signal and/or lose it during a run on a cloudless day. About 1 in 5 runs (out of 30 or so) have been correct. Samsung offers no support for this other than to tell you to do a factory reset or that it is damaged. It worked well during initial few days. After about a couple of weeks it started giving wrong results for floors climbed which is around 90 100. Heart rate is also not accurate.

I like the watch enough, but think there should be more "bells and whistles. Unlike the first model, this watch doesn't have an option to make outbound calls via Bluetooth.
