Never thought I'd become this dependent on a product. From fitness to dietary it helps me stay on track.

I purchased this tracker from my BF for his birthday. He absolutely loves it. I have a Fitbit Charge HR and it is far superior in my opinion. I am thinking of upgrading to this band as well.

Overall a good buy. Band needs a little work but is OK. Bought another and both work as expected.

There are a few key issues with this device, first and foremost is the battery. With the screen turned off when not in use and brightness down a bit, you're still lucky to get 24 hours out of the device (let alone three days as is claimed). Additionally, if you're running a always on screen so you can see the time etc and using GPS functions without a phone, expect to get somewhere between 8-12 hours max. They should have included a battery that is 2-4x larger even if it meant a larger watch. It also occasionally locks up and has to be rebooted or you have to wait sometimes hours before it recovers if the reboot function is not available. I would say 1 out of ever 5 or 10 times, it does not properly record my sleep at all ( thinks I did not sleep and asks me to manually input). The sensors don't work well when damp/wet... like WHEN EXERCISING AND SWEATING. It said I did 300+ floors/stairs one day, which was off by about 280. So basically, it works, but it has a long way to go before it's actually a "good" product.

The fitness band is awesome, you can do so much and the battery life is great. Very lightweight as well,

The watch is great. It just doesn't have that great of battery life. Last maybe 3-5 days each charge.

I had a first generation GearFit and I love this device. Can't see myself without this great tool to keep me moving, able to see alarms, text messages, incoming calls, etc.

Since it is by my phone manufacturer they work great together. HR readings not always individually perfect but HR averages are very close. Lots of tracking and averages. GPS based tracking.

I puchased this after comparing it to a fitbit. I am really happy with my purchase. It does many different things. Tracks your steps and your sleep. You can challenge your friends too.

Love this thing really does a great job catching all my steps. But wait till to get the update. the current update blows you battery life for some reason. hopefully samsung fixes that.

Other than needing to turn off a few options to avoid battery drain, and learning to turn off the watch before charging to get a better charge this does everything I wanted it to do.

I have reviewd this item, comparing it to the fitbit and really wanted this item. Especially wanting to track my steps, activity as well as my sleep habit. Loving all of the features

Only downfall is the battery life. Just don't forget you charging station when you go on vacation.....

The device seems to track everything relatively well. There are some issues with heart rate monitor and detection of the correct exercise, but for the most part the tracker does what I bought it for. The choices of "watch face" are great and more appear all the time. The main thing lacking seems to be worthwhile apps that can be added. The device is doesn't use android wear and that might be why, or maybe it's just because it is still newer.

I really enjoyed the watch. It had great features. But I only had it for 2 months and the screen stopped working. No matter what I did it never turned back on. I would suggest another watch. I actually up graded to the Samsung Gear 3 frontier. Works much better and has more features

I was hesitant about the Samsung Gear, but it's proven to be a great find. its great not having to look down at my phone when a text or email comes through, and I love the fitness tracking.

excellent product, keeps me motivated to overcome my daily record. I have also informed my heart rate.

I love this watch. I have my watch, step counter, heart rate, and sleep tracker all in one. It even keeps track of the flights of steps you go up and down. Would definitely recommend.

Its light and good for what its made for. Wished the charger would work with the gear s watches.

Worked great for about a year, then it wouldnt charde for as log as it used to.
