Great watch easy to connect bluetooth/Wi-Fi. Easy to track workout (run, walk, bike) accurate HR. Good food log software. Downfall wrist band hard to replace that resemble original.

I got this after buying the Fitbit Alta and I'm so glad that I did. I love everything about this. The text and call notifications and the flexibility of the band are great upgrades. I wish the battery lasted longer but I love that I don't have to constantly use my phone for the info like the Alta, it's all on the screen.

While I do like the Samsung Gear Fit 2 better than the original Samsung Gear Fit, there are some things I would improve on it. I live in an upstairs apartment and I have noticed it seems to be inconsistent with registering floors when I go out of my apartment for any reason. there are some days when it registers one floor for every time I go out of my apartment and return, some days when it only registers some of the times I go out of my apartment and return, and some days when it does not register any of the times I go out of my apartment and return. I would also like a charger that is a combination of the charger of the original Gear Fit when you put the charging cable into a port on the Gear Fit and the new charger. The new charger does charge up quickly, but if I put it in my pocket while charging like I did with the original gear fit (to still get my steps counted), there is no way to keep the Gear Fit 2 on the charger. Other than that, the Gear Fit 2 is much better than the original. Even the wristband is better with staying on. The original one had the problem of the wristbands coming loose.

I've had the Gear Fit 2 for over a month now and like certain things about it and have had a few issues as well. I take it on runs with me and it works good enough to track basic things like time and distance, though sometimes the distance is slow to register and it says you've gone a shorter distance than you actually have. I put a bunch of music on there and was using it on my runs, but then one day for no reason I can figure out, the Gear stopped accurately tracking my steps and after a few restarts, etc., I had to factory reset it and lost all of my music. I've been hesitant to take the time to put the music back on it in case it starts acting funny again and not tracking accurately. I'm not sure I'd buy this model again honestly, but if you want a basic fitness tracker, it's pretty good. I'm just always afraid now that it will stop working correctly again.

I had a fitbit flex and I was looking for an update. I was looking at the fitbit Alta and charge hr. But I was shown the gear by the associate. It needs charging about every third day. Does not track flights of stairs well. But being able to add glasses of water and seeing and answering text messages is great.

I surprisingly really like the watch. As a free watch after the purchase of a samsung phone, this watch is great. The interface is smart and well designed. I got this with intention of giving it to my girlfriend and I am now sometimes jealous after playing with it multiple times. The battery life is not the greatest.

Originally had a Fitbit, but after numerous problems with the Fitbit hardware breaking, I decided to switch to Samsung. So far this has worked much better and has not broke and has no signs of breaking. Very durable and made well. Easy to use as well. Would recommend it and definitely recommend it over a Fitbit.

Very functional keeps great track no problems or glitches unlike the moto watches had very many glitches. The cons, the band gets caught on things and falls off at times, and the battery could last just a little longer and maybe a few more apps could support the watch. Other than the the watch is great in recommend it above all other smart and fitness watches just for the price, functionality, and cmon it's Samsung. Enough said!! Buy it!!!!

Works good for a yr and starts having glitches. It start losing sync after while and loses track on steps.

After only a month started having issues with it not turning back on after charging it. Then it all off a sudden turned on but the screen was frozen then after as minute or so it started working again and it was fine. I noticed after all that it didn't actually have a complete charge. It's been fine ever since.

I love my new Gear Fit 2. I love the color and I love the features. It has a GPS so it tracks my workouts, altitude tracker so it tracks the flights of steps I take, I can easily track my water intake throughout the day. The battery life is fantastic. I love that it tracks my heart rate more accurately than the original Gear Fit. Samsung really listened to it's customer's likes/dislikes from the original and make changes for the better.

I love the gear fit. I like that its thin and the bands are inter changeable. I like the thin style of the band. I dont like that it doesnt come on with the movement of my arm or maybe it does and I havent set it up correctly. The band tends to come undone at times and I will be destroyed if I lost this item.

It is a good product. I like the different display faces available.

Purchased the Samsung Gear Fit2 earlier in the year as an "open box" item online. After only a couple of weeks the item failed to turn on or it constantly froze on a screen when it did. Returned it to a local Best Buy. An updated version of the model is now available. I may purchase it.

I love this fitness watch. It motivates me to stay fit and active in a sedentary job. I love the fact that I can receive text and calls from afar. I can leave my phone at my desk and be able to walk around without it. There's no hassle in holding a phone all the time. I also enjoy tracking my steps and sleep as well as remind me to be active when I've been inactive for 50mins. Love love love! It's my new friend. ^_^

I was looking for a wearable but didn't need something as advanced or expensive as a full blown smart watch. The gear fit 2 has an AWESOME screen (esp for how small it is) so it is easy to read texts and emails without having to get at my phone. Plus it has a short list of customizable responses, so I can send a quick "yes" or "no" right away! The fitness app is good as well, and is relatively easy to navigate on the touchscreen.

I just recently purchased my gear fit 2, I've only had it for a few months. Let's get to the point. Pros- beautiful, colorful and big screen! I get my notifications on my watch. It's pretty easy to personalize. It's a good health watch, I like it. Cons- it stopped tracking my sleep, the clasp system it uses isn't good ( it's come off 2 or 3 times already). My watch changer stopped working so now my gear fit is useless. I got the protection plan so I'm getting a new one now. It's not a horrible product, it just needs some improvements. If you buy this item, get the PROTECTION PLAN!
