Sort of worth it
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a good way to keep track of steps and floors walked. However, I wish it was a little better with GPS. I can walk around a classroom for 2 hours and it will say I have been inactive the whole time. Otherwise, it has some great capabilities.

Great tracking for activity, heart rate and sleep!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This device plays well with my other Samsung devices, giving me accurate readings for activities, heart rate and sleep patterns. I have another app on my phone for activity, and it is close to the Gear Fit2 readings... Takes about 1+ hours to charge per day- I charge twice a day for shorter time periods, when I'm inactive (showering, watching TV, etc.)

Great interaction with phone.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this watch. It interacts great with my phone. I love all the notifications and the Samsung Health app is great. It works for all the things I want to keep track of. Only downfall is battery life. It is much more durable than the fitbit.

Overall pretty good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After doing research on different fitness watches I went with fit gear 2 since I wanted some features of a smart watch and the features of a fitness band. I like that I can see text messages and who is calling without having to grab my phone when I am working out or driving. You can answer the call from the fit gear but can't talk with it. You can also respond to texts with pre-set responses which you can change using the gear app. I also like the find my phone feature on the watch. I have used this many times when I can't remember where I set my phone down. The work outs on the watch are pretty good but if you want an accurate count of calories burned I am not sure you get a very accurate count. Also the band does not stay fastened very well. I had to buy some small bands to put around the watch band to help keep it fastened.

LOVE!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was looking at the more expensive rose gold but they were out of stock .I "settled" for the gear fit 2 because I wanted to get started on my fitness goals. I was so surprised of all the features and options I have and the price was GREAT!!! I am in love with this watch and all it has to offer at a great price,I even bought one for my daughter!

Extremely pleased!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My girlfriend needed a new fitness tracker and wanted the Samsung Gear Fit2. She previously owned the 1st gen Gear Fit and fell in love with it, so I purchased her the new Gear Fit2. She was extremely impressed with all the new features and with the accuracy of the device. She has now taken a more aggressive approach to fitness thanks to her new device.

Great watch for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It is a great watch for the price. I like the different watch faces, that it displays time, steps, etc at the flick of the wrist. Wish they had interchangeable bands and it would be nice if your calls and texts would sync without just Bluetooth

Gear Fit2
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This watch is pretty nice. The band can be undone easily when it is caught by something. The tracking of the floors seems to be off as well, but I don't personally keep track of my floors. It records a lot more floors than I actually climb.

Ok at first
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Didn't last but a year then just stopped working. Battery life was not as good as the pro. Plus it is not waterproof like the Gear Fit Pro. I would recommend the pro it is worth the extra money and seems to be better in many ways

Second one
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had the first gear fit that came out and loved it. But unfortunately it gave out, so I had a reason to buy a new one. love the gear fit two, more up to date and just as easy to use as the first one. It keeps me on track with my fitness.

So Happy I Chose This One
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I read many reviews between the Gear Fit 2 and Fitbit Flex 2. I am an Android user and a casual athlete with occasional workouts. Pros: The standalone GPS function and gyroscope makes it significantly more capable than Fitbit. The Samsung app is actually quite easy to use and allows for customization of settings, apps, and watchfaces. The watch is essentially a hybrid of fitness and smart watches. Notifications work quite well and I can read all text messages, Facebook updates, etc. Water resistance allows for wearing in showers and drops. Battery is excellent as it lasts me 4 days with decent use. Spotify implementation and bluetooth has not had problems and loads quickly. Very comfortable and secure, it has never slipped open. Sleep tracking works amazingly well, accurate to the minute. Cons: Gyroscope is poorly designed as any moisture renders it useless and it reports thousands of floors climbed (until it is fully dried). App variety is limited and features are really limited to only those advertised. iOS may not be as streamlined as Android. Overall extremely satisfied as all the important features work well and packs powerful capabilities for the price and size.

Great Multi-Use Band
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Everything works great, and I am very pleased with this purchase. The only issue is the battery life for active users. I put it on the charger every morning while I get ready, and it is charged enough to make it until the next days charge.

Works well sometimes.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My wife and I had these devices for about a month. They work well for walking, our main form of exercise. It doesn't always get sleep periods correct. It sometimes records them as Inactive time, and I haven't found a way to correct that. It also doesn't seem to record floors correctly. The lit says a floor is a climb or decent in elevation of 10'. My wife and I went on a 2 mile hike where we went up and down in elevation a lot and it only recorded 1 floor for her and 2 for me. With its issues we like it because it encourages us to stay active, which at our ages (70+) is a real benefit. It also ties into our phones so we can keep track of our progress.
