Died Tonight - Purchased One Month Ago
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tonight, I have thick blue horizontal bars on top of the screen. Unit is dead. Tried a Power Wash to no avail. Called Samsung and they told me there is no warranty on refurbished unit. Emailed Best Buy and am hoping they will step up to the plate and replace the defective unit! Will keep you updated.

Great for students
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is great for my high schooler small in size but, they just so happen to use the very same kind at his school,so doing homework and knowing his way around the chrome was easy.Also emailing assignments to teachers was easy again same set up as the ones in school! Perfect match!

Defective out of the box

It took about 1/2 a second to see it is defective, with a bright yellow line down the screen and thousands of missing pixels all along the left and top. Waste of time and last time I buy refurbished from Best Buy.

Refurbished? Dissapointing
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased the Samsung - Geek Squad Certified Refurbished 11.6" Chromebook - 2GB Memory - 16GB Flash (eMMc) Memory - Silver for my daughter for Christmas. She was beyond thrilled to open it! Upon initial set up we realized the shift key does not work!!! Very disappointing to an 8 year old to get what they really want for Christmas only to find out it does not work. On top of everything, they don't carry it in stores and do not have any more online. Totally unacceptable.
