Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I loved my sister's Gear Fit 2. I have a Samsung phone and was really looking forward to giving it a try. Unfortunately, the device I received didn't work. Didn't even charge, right out of the box. Checked Samsung forums, and found out this was a known issue with a number of these devices. Tried suggestions listed, then contacted Samsung support. The support I got -- "Return it to where you purchased it." So, while I could conceivably get one that worked (after a wait for shipping) and might love it, I have to say that I don't think I am willing to give them another try.

Watch Good, Watchband BAD

I had it for one week and it just fell off my wrist and I didn't notice. If it actually stayed on my wrist I would give it a much better review. I'm very disappointed.

I call Samsung and there was no warranty with them. And Best by return policy is only 15 days. So I lost my money. Best Buy customer service is suck. never will buy from them no more. They lie to you saying it has Samsung guaranty and that was totally false. Do not recommend buying refurbish item from this store.
