Q: Why is this refurbished and what condition is it in? Excellent, good, fair? I'm also wondering about the blue one available.

A: The one I purchased was refurbished. It is in excellent condition, you could never tell that it wasn't brand new.

Q: Is this rechargeable and if so how long will it last on a charge

A: Yes, it is rechargeable and it depends on your uses, settings, etc. It does have a power saving mode, I've used it for 3-4 days continuously on this mode. The "normal" mode will drain the battery in a day or two.

Q: Can i take a shower and swim when i wear it this???

A: yes, I've swan and showered in mine

A: You can view your incoming text messages. You can answer or decline phone calls, however if you answer a call you will need your phone to speak.

A: Yes, this product will work with phones running Android OS 4.4 or above with at least 1.5GB of free space.
