The one I purchased was refurbished. It is in excellent condition, you could never tell that it wasn't brand new.

I have a refurb.. now and and it looks like new and works great! You can always return if it is not up to your specs..

Mine looks brand new. It came with the charger but not the manual. Instructions/manuals can be easily found online though.

Refurbished in excellent condition. no visible wear on screen or strap. set up was a bit buggy. resolved in less than an hour
