A:AnswerYes, it is rechargeable and it depends on your uses, settings, etc. It does have a power saving mode, I've used it for 3-4 days continuously on this mode. The "normal" mode will drain the battery in a day or two.

A:AnswerActually it is now compatible with iPhone, although I have read that the S Health app doesn't function quite as well as it does on Android, or perhaps the lay out isn't as nice on the app. Either way, the Gear Fit 2 does now sync with the iPhone.

So that could be your problem..but you also need the samsung gear app loaded on your S5..then also load samsung health app on S5 ..both are available free on google play store !
pair watch w/ S5 bluetooth and open apps ..you should get the hang of it there ..good luck !☺
