• Unfortunately no. You can connect it via bluetooth but it will not allow you to sync with a PC since the watch syncs via the Samsung Gear app and that is only available for its devices.

• I doubt it. It needs the Samsung Gear application, so if you have a tablet or one of those tablet/laptops it would probably work.
