No issues with the phone, but found out that there's a provider issue with Verizon. This phone needs to be prepaid for the first 6 months at a rate that's double what we're paying now.

Get what you pay for

Phone was locked and had to be returned

I took it to a Best Buy store to have them scan and activate it, but was told they couldn't do that. So my only option was to return it. I can't recommend ordering cell phones from Best Buy.

I love this cell phone

I am one and I had this style for years on. I replace it every two years. Just love it. Works all the time, clear, good text and for $45.00 a month plan I call my nephew in the Islands. I recommend this cell phone very highly. I don't care about all the other fancy cell smart phones, and I don't care who is staring at me in the gym, as long as I am happy with it. I live a very simple lifestyle. Recommend you do too!

Gusto 3

Basic phone...if you text/email this phone is not for you. The Gusto 3, DOES use the same battery and charger as the Gusto 2 ! But the headset jack is 3.5 mm, as opposed to Gusto 2's smaller 2.5mm...an adapter IS required to use 2.5mm headset plugs with this phone. Bluetooth and speakerphone are included options, to a " wired handsfree"...I thought I had broken the jack...but it was bigger than 2.5mm ! I am told this is for Verizon PREpaid, month to month plans...and that you may not use this phone on contracted service, unless very special conditions are met...
