It cleans well but the sensors need a lot of work. I don’t recommend this product if you have rugs or carpet because it will end up mopping over those areas. It’s not huge problem for me as I don’t have rugs, and I simply close the doors to areas of my house with carpet.

This was a little smaller than I expected but it gets the job done. I got this free with an offer. So, can't really complain.

This is basically a "dumb" mop. fill it with water and set it using the remote control and it starts on its own, but no app, nothing to know if its low on water, low on battery, nothing. basically you can hold it and turn it on and it will mop while you hold it. Not a smart mop. As far as the actual mopping it does on its own, it is OK. Since it doesn't have the brains to learn your home or anything, it randomly goes around the house and doesn't do the entire floor. We will be returning this and trying to get a different one instead. For our home it keeps going to the same corner of the house and mopping 1 area while ignoring the rest.

Got this free when I bought a washer/dryer. Cleans ok. Biggest drawback is that it does not get under kitchen cabinets. Too tall. Also, can’t use cleaning agents, so basically just damp mopping.

Good product for the price point. Mops the wood floors thoroughly.

I like the Jetbot very much. It is very easy to use and cleans very well. The battery runs long enough to clean my entire floor. I like the fact you also can use it manually. Just simply hold it against the spots (in my case, tiles in my shower room) and it cleans the spots nicely.

Easy to use in larger area and can save you some time and effort.

Not a great buy. I returned this unit. The container for water is extremely small, about 1-2 Table spoons, not enough water to wash a small area, never mind an entire floor! The unit is tall and will bump and scratch cabinet doors. Great concept, but not an effective unit.

So much better than the iRobot 380t. The spinning pads clean better than the back and forth pattern that other robot mops do. Only complaint is need to buy more pads, and need to change them often.

Smart and impressive battery life. Only one did not meet the expectation is.. it goes on the carpet area and no way to stop unless you put an obstacle manually. Also, it’s smaller than I expected. However, works great overall.

This mop bot is pretty cool to watch but its just not smart enough to mop big floor plans on its own. Samsung hopefully will add wifi and app control on there feature robot mops.

Works well just difficult to get it to focus on one area. You really have to use the remote to keep it in the right area when needing to focus on a spot. With that being said it does do a good job and love that you can just set it and let it do it’s job!

It does a great job. Helps keep the hard wood floors dust free. Regular use keeps my floors looking great. It’s not programmable so you do have to turn it on. But for the price it works well

I've had a bravaa jet mop before this and this mop cleans so much better. I do wish it had more mop heads but you can buy extras. Make sure you prewet the mop heads a little.

Love it much much more cleaner than irobot mop. Faster but charging capability not that smart. If not fully charged it will stop and just blinks.. need to know how much battery inside

Cleans better than my Brava M6 and even though it's not as smart, it takes the same time to maintain. At $199 it's a good value not sure at regular price.

I just love, love, love this mop. I hate mopping but now I mop every weekend. I vacuum the room I'm going to use the mop and then just turn the robot on and let it do it's thing. Make sure you fully charge prior to your first use. I did add undiluted Lysol all purpose cleaner instead of water to sanitize the rooms. I could never mop like this robot can mop. It is very thorough and cleans almost every corner. Of course, it's not perfect and it may miss a spot or two but I'm almost certain it does a better job of cleaning than a person would. Buy it and see for yourself, you won't regret it!

Looks cool! It’s good until now but need time to come up with proper review, wasn’t expecting it to go on rugs but it went anyways. Otherwise did it’s job Ok till now.

This Jetbot Mop does the job it is designed for BUT with a very limited capacity, the cleaning liquid/water is pretty small, therefore the pads remain stained after the liquid is finished. It cleans very seriously the ceramic tiles. We used it for a small room with porcelain tile flooring about 400-500 rectangular room.
