    I purchased this laptop on August 10, 2018, and it has given me issues throughout my time of having it. It's been unreliable to say the least. I purchased it thinking that it would be helpful for my employee to work with minor graphics, and instead, it rarely turns on. Several months ago, the tip of the adapter got stuck and broke with the tip remaining in the laptop. I purchased the full care through the Geek Squad, and when I went to exchange the adapter and have them fix it, they had me purchase a new adapter a few months ago. So I went ahead to purchase the new adapter, and not only three months pass, the laptop stopped working yet again. Now, it's passed the one year manufacturer warranty and there's nothing I can do about it. Had I known that Samsung does not make long lasting laptops (ones that don't last more than 1 year and 3 months) I would have never purchased a Samsung laptop. So problematic and a waste of money and time.
