Horrible !

Wouldn't update Windows and had to refresh it to even get it to do anything. For the money this was a horrible laptop. Very disappointed in Samsung on this. Still a huge fan of their phones!

Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got in a chat with Samsung when the power supply jack went out and was told that the part was “not user repairable” which translates to: we made it weak and set to break just outside of repair and since it’s soldered to the motherboard, you may have to either replace the motherboard or buy a new laptop ... well, won’t be buying another Samsung - shame on you and shame on you Best Buy for hawking this garbage

It maxes out with one program installed. Sluggish until you delete everything off of it. Would not recommend if you're need is to edit things. It is, however, good for writing and document storage.

Great laptop for the price!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a great laptop! It has an AMD Ryzen 5 processor which is faster than the Intel I5. The screen resolution is 1920 x 1080 which is better than most of the competitors. Any other laptop with the same specs would cost at least $200 or more. You just can't beat it for the price! I replaced the hard drive with a SSD and put Linux on it. It's secure, fast, and works great.

However , I didn’t notice it didn’t have a CD Rom that was a bummer but not a major issue. Would recommend this computer for anyone , will compensate with your personal and business needs
