I got exactly what I was looking for. The ONLY reason I got it was because the audio port on my old laptop stopped working. I was surprised to no disk activity light. Maybe I'm too old school. I just like to know that SOMETHING is going on. It was easily rectified by finding an app that puts a small icon in the lower right hand side of the screen that blinks when there's disk activity.

I purchased this computer for personal use, as I take on a new CNC hobby I needed a computer that would handle CAD software. So far it has worked very good, but the but I'm just getting started.

So after two years of using this computer I would totally recommend this to anyone looking for a great overall laptop. Two years later and it's still chugging along, albeit not like it did when I first bought it. Samsung continues to impress with all their hardware and it's apparent in this model machine.

We needed to upgrade our laptop for business and found this one to be well suited. Plenty of processing power and hard drive storage for what we need. Primarily to run Quick Books Pro, this one does the job. We have many Samsung products in our home and again, they do not disappoint. Definitely recommended.

I like this laptop. Will take some getting used to for someone who doesn't use touch screen tech. It's kinda slow at startup, volume is not that loud until you go to the speaker settings and enhance them, but on the bright side it has the security already programmed into it's system. After the slow start up the browser is pretty fast.

So far the computer has met my expectations. Good screen size.

Bought this for my sister and she's been happy with it. Hasn't had any issues. Set up was long like any brand new laptop but other than that she's picked up W10 pretty easily. The laptop has many software options and customizations and can even stream your phone through it. The laptop is pretty responsive.
