Bought this laptop for my son and he has been very happy with it so far. He uses it to do homework and play online games. The graphics card is great and he can stream and play games with no hesitation.

Bought this laptop because it was on a great open box special. My 7 year old HP died and needed a replacement. I havent tried it out on any of Autodesk Suite products yet, but they have been installed just fine. Runs like a breeze.

After having multiple Samsung phones It was an easy sell for the computer guy. Had the comp a few months and I love it.

I bought this laptop for Grandson who is starting college. It is great little laptop with all the bells and whistles he needs . The price was great and support has always been a plus with Best Buy.

This is a good laptop for the money. Our son got it for his 16th birthday. He uses it mainly for online gaming and watching YouTube. Great processor, graphics card, and overall value for the price.

This laptop is awesome for the money. Samsung laptops have always worked best for me, it's the only brand I buy.

I went to buy a PC and the store was out of the first two models I picked! I'm happy they were, I bought this one and have not been disappointed. It was easy to set up and is exactly what I need.

Hardware is great for the price; although, the computer itself is a bit on the heavier and thicker side compared to other models in its class. Typical Windows 10 bloatware but overall - the machine puts in work

This laptop has worked phenomenal serving me during my first 2 years of college. Battery life is starting to get worse but I’ve had it for 2 years now and it’s the only problem I’ve had.

Was in need of a new laptop after my old laptop crash. This Samsung Laptop had feature that I really loved and are very usefully for my daily work days and for music and movies.

So far this Samsung has been better than the last 2 HP laptops that I purchased and had to return due to the hard drive going out. Have a Samsung phone so Samsung is a great produce.

This computer is a nice improvement over my last one. I really like the smaller size and the lighter weight which makes it a lot easier to travel. I'm glad I purchased this model.

Partial to Samsung products and this is no exception, lacks good instructions, just very basic so could use better documentation, and would benefit from a built in DVD player considering the cost.

I bought this to replace a laptop that my dog broke. I loath Windows 10. It's merely ok. It has no DVD player but more than enough storage on the hard-drive.

I had owned a Samsung computer and loved it. The young man who helped my was very helpful and did not try to persuade me to purchase something else. Over all great experience.

Nice touch screen and Win 10 has not crashed. Would have liked Office installed, but now I have to buy it. For the money it appears to be a good unit

I purchased a great Samsung laptop, and Office 365 Business and am loving writing again. I have also had great technical support working out some of the bugs with email, etc..
