I enjoy the preloaded software on the computer and easy to use

We recently needed to upgrade our hp laptop due to thermal shutdown errors and while searching we were very impressed with the Samsung brand. The ease of use of the touchscreen and how it converts to tablet mode have been some of our favorite options. We would definitely recommend this product to our friends and family.

This was the computer my daughter picked out to replace an HP laptop for school. It is meeting her expectations and she loves it so far. I guess we will se how long it lasts without error messages reboots, etc. that he last laptop and most PC products experience. 4 stars because it was on sale $100 less the next day and BB didnt let us know...

Great computer. Lots of RAM makes for quick start of apps.

This laptop is the best one out there for its price, you can find hundreds better laptop but not at the same price. the display is great, CPU is capable of doing the tasks, plus you have the graphic card that allows for some light gaming, keyboard and trackpad are satisfying. I'd recommend this laptop to a friend with no hesitations.

Love the way I can switch from laptop to tablet so easy. Always liked laptops, never had a tablet, now I have both. The thin light weight of the unit is an other big plus. I knew Samsung wouldn't let me down. Love there products. Had to buy an external DVD Player no problem at less the $50.00

I have been shopping for six months to buy a convertible 2 in one laptop. I have looked at all of the brands available and was almost ready to buy the HP Spectre, when the Samsung became available. This is the best convertible laptop for the money. Get it and you will not be disappointed

The salesman who helped me was very friendly and assured me I would have no more issues with not being able to connect to my wifi anymore. HE WAS RIGHT !!!! I adore my new Samsung computer and have not had to call Geek Squad since I got it. With my old one, they were on speed dial

Overall I'm very happy with this laptop. Not using the tablet features much, but it is nice to have the option. Biggest complaint is the mousepad. Not finding it to be as accurate as my old Samsung laptop which had a physical button to click, the pointer wants to jump when you're trying to click.

This caught my eye in the local store. The screen is clear and bright, the machine is quiet with zero fan noise. Boots quickly when opening case. I don't play games but I do run Adobe software and it has no delay in starting or running apps. Clean and uncluttered and no bloat ware. I'm very pleased.

Shopped multiple brands before making my selection and this one by far was the greater bargain. I was a HP owner prior and I'd say this labtop by far with features, specs and pricing tops them all. Samsung makes great products all across the board. Very pleased with purchase.

The PC is a quiet runner and seems quite capable of doing normal business and personal tasks. The resolution is crisp and clear and the respnse of the keyboard is excellent. My only issue with the keyboard is I wish the keyboard icons were larger and brighter. Older eyes need a little more help.

It is great for streaming movies and shows, can sit in any position. Backlit keyboard is great for lowlight. Startup is fast and love that is has the number keypad. The only thing i don't like is it is difficult to open at first, but i am getting used to it. Highly recommend!

I took a chance since Samsung had bad reviews for their laptops a few years ago. However, they pulled everything to focus on laptops for 3 years so I figured they wouldnt chance putting out a bad product with a chance to redeem themselves. Very happy so far!

Bought this for my wife so she could keep up with her studies. Windows 10 takes some practice but the laptop is fast and has great battery life. Liked the upgrade ability built in to the machine for more memory and an SSD drive. Good bang for the buck.

I had a minor issue with the notebook and Samsung Tec logged in and fixed it. I have a Samsung tablet, that would not charge (kids pulling the power cord out) they emailed me an express label I sent it in and had it back the same week. That is service

I needed to replace my 6 year old Samsung laptop, so I checked out the Open Box items at my local Best Buy. They had this model as an open box item. it was a 2 in 1 which was a plus. it also had a 10 key and a back lighted keyboard. It worked great during the first week or so. After that I started noticed it freezing up and I got the "Blue Screen of Death" several times. Fortunately, I was able to return the item to Best Buy and was able to replace it with a different laptop. I liked this Samsung laptop and I would consider buying another one. However, part of the appeal of the Open Box was the reduction in price. So I do not know how a brand new Samsung Spin would have worked, as it was not in the price range I was willing to spend.

Got this computer in Dec. 2016 and so far loving I'm loving it. My main concern was processing pictures using LR and Photoshop and so far it seems to be fast and seamless. I love the backlit keyboard as well. It's great for home use and remote access when needed.

Very pleased w this. It was a replacement for my last Samsung laptop, which lasted me 8 years and was still going strong. I use these for digital audio recording for my home studio and have always been impressed w Samsung products. Love it.
