I have never owned a Samsung laptop. I usually go with Hewlett Packard. I found this laptop very easy to setup and use. It is the perfect size and has the best capabilities for my use.

I purchased this laptop as I work from home a few days a week and wanted something that was easy to carry around with easy functionality. It does the job, I admit I have not looked into everything the laptop can do but I most definitely will.

I brought this laptop for my wife to replace another one. After searching for several weeks, I found this one and boy am I glad I did. It is super fast and easy to use. It was also easy to set up. Definitely a a good deal.

Good computer for basic processing. When the windows updates are current it runs well, generally without issue. Gets glitchy when it needs updates from windows, requiring almost immediate updating and restarting if you're trying to do anything more intensive than web browsing. Mine has the numeric keypad, which offsets the trackpad so it's centered on the alphanumeric keys as opposed to the body of the laptop, which is standard, but required some getting used to on my part. Occaisionally glitches and tries to go to tablet mode while I'm in laptop mode which is frustrating, but nothing a restart doesn't fix. Been using for six weeks, and will happily continue using it.

This is my first laptop and I did my research on this product. I am very happy with my decision that the sales guy and I made. The salesman helped me choose between two and I know that I went with the better one!

Once I bought the laptop I switched to a SSH and upgraded the ram. Yet the machine still has a hard time doing 1080p games on medium settings. Warthunder on low bf1 low and on dx9

I opted to exchange this item for an HP with exactly the same specs but with 4 more GB of RAM, same price. I am more inclined to use HP than Samsung since we use it at the office.

I was looking for a laptop so I can use it to Screen Mirror on my Samsung TV for Power Point Presentations. A Best Buy employee suggested this laptop. Works great with Screen Mirroring on my Samsung TV.

My previous laptop was a Samsung and was pretty reliable. I have Samsung TV and DVD players so I decided to get another Samsung laptop after problems with an Asus. It's had no problems to date.

I was not keen on getting a computer with windows 10 after all the things I had heard but I am really pleased with both the computer and the operating system - very intuitive and easy to use.

This laptop has been great so far. Fast and sleek. My only complaint is the on/off switch on the side. I have accidentally hit it a few times when picking it up to move it and shut it off.

I have had this laptop for about a month and so far it is working just fine. I have no complaints. The staff at Best Buy were quite helpful to me with support before and after purchase.

Overall, this laptop is just as good as I was hoping. The touch screen works very well (not ghost touches or anything) and the flipping from laptop to tablet mode works quite well.

I'm old and know very little about computers but this one is easy to use. The people at Best Buy in Meriden, ct. are all SO GREAT. They're all willing to help anytime I need it.

Great for Photoshop when ran on the graphics card. Backlit keyboard is great for working in low lighting and although I haven't really used it as a tablet, its a great plus.

I was looking for hp laptop but with salesmans help I went with the Samsung. I am a big fan of Samsung. I like the key board and the number key board. The price was good.

Only thing I don't like is the touchpad is , well, too sensitive. Tablet side has a little bit of clunkiness to it, but other than that has been a great laptop. No issues

I was very sketchy about buying a new computer because I don't prefer a 2 in 1 or the new way windows is but I love this computer and would definitely recommend it.

got this laptop to as a open box and it is the mosth amazing laptop ive ever had !!it can do some minor gaming not to heavy but also a fast and great looking 2 in 1

A powerful laptop with a crisp display and 360 degree functionality in regards to the display, meaning it can folded into a tablet. This a great feature for students.
