The exterior of the laptop is beautiful, and i love the back-lit keyboard. The specs of this laptop are the reason I purchased this, but the laptop doesnt run as fast. My old Hp Pavilion dv7 with I5 and 8gm ram feels like it could operate larger programs, such as photoshop or abelton live faster, but I'm hoping that is due to the incredibly horrible Windows 10 that is preinstalled. Also, the touchpad on this laptop is incredibly annoying, causing programs to zoom in and out, and sometimes closes out the window (yes, i know how to properlly use a touchpad, this one is weird).

Performance guaranteed. Fair price. I recommend this laptop.

I purchased this computer the other day and I installed the GeekSquad anti-virus software and it said I had 3 viruses. I removed them and the computer froze on me. How could that happen for a "brand new" computer. I brought it back to Best Buy and got another new one. The same thing happened without the freezing part. Three days later, I was downloading an app from the Windows store and it froze on me again. Seriously? I really like the features this computer has to offer and the keyboard is excellent. I will be going back to Best Buy. I guess the question is, What do you expect for $1,000+ now a days.... I would like to be able to recommend this computer, but it's a little hard for me to do with the experiences I have recently had.

I really wanted to like this laptop. I'm a huge Samsung fan and on paper, this model was packed with everything I wanted: 2-in-1, USB, HDMI, and ethernet ports, and a crisp, beautiful screen. However, when I spend $1000+ on a computer, I expect it to work well... But unfortunately, I must've gotten a dud because right out of the box, the "F" key was breaking out of its slot and didn't work properly, the microphone didn't work, and the wifi adapter kept disabling. After a day of troubleshooting, it just wasn't worth keeping the laptop (especially with that price tag), so I returned it the next day.

Bought this computer and had to exchange it twice because of defects with the display and the battery life is horrible at just under 4 hrs, ended up changing it for Lenovo yoga 710 2 in one. Great build, great battery life at least 9hrs of battery , and great display,
