    Got this as a gift for a kid to replace tablet. It has a really nice feature set.. Only thing is that the touch screen is not a responsive as a traditional tablet and games are hard to play because of it.

    problems : 1) needs to be shut down and restarted frequently 2) type keys often have to be hit extra hard or it doesn't register.This causes constant editing for misspelled words.twice in this sentence. 3) has gone haywire numerous times forcing shutdown.Today it was a major effort just to get it to shut down... not really happy with it ...would return it if I could get a refund...

    The manufacturer warranty is 12 months and just a few months past the warranty period the right hinge broke. The design is terrible. The hinge is screwed into plastic and of course the plastic breaks. Used at home only, no abuse, dropped, damage, etc. Lots of other reviews say the same thing, wish I had listened before I bought it.
