Haven’t opened it yet. It’s a gift. But the price was reasonable for the features my daughter wanted

Don't buy this unit. It does not support many of the programs that are needed to be useful. It is fast I will have to say that but when it comes to finding files (forget about it), files are very hard to locate. I wish I had not bought this Chromebook.

My granddaughter had little issues use it. Plus to pin little hard putting in back and getting it out

In the past year that I’ve had it, it broke in multiple ways that it shouldn’t have, despite buying multiple protective cases to stop it from breaking. The first time, it turned off once and didn’t back on, then I called and sent it back. The second time, the left hinge popped right off and left a huge scratch on my arm, so, I sent it back. The third time, it, again, turned off and I sent it back. Again, today, it has turned off and I can no longer send it back because the warranty has worn off. It was fun when it started, but now I just hate it.

Daughter opened it up and the hinge broke through the screen... looks like other people are having the same problem.

This unit worked great in terms of chrome computing performance, but the hardware did not last more than a few months. Thank goodness for the geek squad protection. The hinge system blew right through the front of the screen

Purchased for light use-most of the day I am using my work laptop. Worked great until one of the hinges locked up. This led to the screen cracking all the way across. Purchased Dec 2019.....unusable April 2021.

Bought it as a gift for my wife. She loved it when it worked. But after 14 months it died and even after taking it to a repair shop they couldn't fix it. At that price point it should last longer, better to just get a Mac - even though they cost more i've had mine for years with no issues.

We bought 2 for our kids and have not had a chance to use them yet.

For the money, there are better options from Lenovo or Google

The camera sucks but is otherwise really great! And Durable!

Not good for zoom calls. Doesn't let the music come through.

Just to small for my liking features are great it’s just too small

I bought this chrome book for my daughter because she loves the art so she want a laptop with was able to do it but we’re disappointed the pen sometimes work and sometimes freezes so she need to turn of the chrome to restart the draw and the image in some apps was glitching

OWNED LESS THAN 1 YEAR AND ALREADY DEAD - will not turn on or charge despite never even really being used. Still under manufacturers warranty but now SOOOO much hassle to try to get it fixed. Not worth it AT ALL. Save your time, money and frustration and just buy something else. ---> My last Chromebook was an ASUS and it is still running after 3 years+ with no real issues!!! Thought I would try a Samsung since it was on sale and I have always had a Samsung phone. I will never purchase another Samsung product after this. If you must, definitely always buy a protection plan because Best Buy only gives 14 days for returns - then its your problem.

I bought this for my daughter and it ran slow. I wasn’t too happy with how it run especially for the price that I had paid for it. The screen quality is fair. My daughter used it as a tablet quite often. The part that attaches to the keyboard and screen together crack. It didn’t even last her a month. I bought my other daughter the same one a week after I had bought for her sister and it also broke, same spot where the keyboard attached to the screen for opening and closing.

I bought this as a replacement for an old Samsung Tablet. The only time I use it is when flying on an airline. The rest of the time it's my wife's kitchen companion. I tried downloading movies from Amazon Prime. They wouldn't play properly. I tried accessing the American Airlines free in flight video. I was able to get the Wi-Fi but it only had a black screen when I tried to play a movie. It would stream live Amazon video, You Tube video when on-line no problem. I ended up returning this for a Pixel Chromebook Which worked fine for the downloaded videos but had the same issue with the American Airlines movies black screen.

Purchased this chromeboolk brand new and on day 16 it started to show lines on the screen. Then it started to just shut off by itself. I took it back to the store and the return time frame of 15 days had passed. Hadron send it back to Samsung directly then wait several weeks for repair work to the touch screen on a brand new laptop. I was also in the middle of finals so not a good time at all!

This was a decent chromebook. It functioned as it should although it wasn't able to use some programs needed for college but that was manageable. All was well until the battery died a little after the warranty ended. This is not an isolated event for when I looked online there were many others having this issue. Now I just have a dead ($400 at the time) chromebook. Now that the warranty is over, nothing can be done. I highly recommend to just go with something else. It seems Samsung needs a lot of work on their chromebooks yet.

This chromebook is made for someone who just wants to surf the internet. Nothing more. Its other functions are very weak, amd options from the google Play store are also very weak. Spread sheets, Word procesing stuff like that. It is not good at photo retouching or editing either. The worst aspect is that Google and Samsung provide really POOR support. Add to that the really bad support that you get from Facebook,Instagram, Tumblr or Twitter and you have a real issue. Not a single person has been able to help with some of these issues.
