Considering the price range, despite being a chromebook; the overall usage was sluggish, and nothing to ride home about. Although, the display was beautiful, clear, and crisp the cameras and the stylus, were subpar. My reason for return was that several of the keys did not work. I was very disappointed with this purchase.

Just buy an ipad, you can probably do more with an IPAD

Worst purchase I have ever made. Just 6 months out of warranty and the battery won't charge or even turn on. The battery for replacement costs all most as much as the chromebook cost. Very dissapointed with Samsung

I bought this a replacement for a defective chromebook of another brand. Brought it home and the screen was messed up! I couldn't believe I got another dud. Returned the next day for a different computer. bestbuy said it was a manufacturing defect.

Do not buy! The computer quit after a few months - completely dead and the customer service from Samsung is horrible!!!!!!!! I repeat do not buy! Horrible wait times and communication with Samsung - buy another brand do not buy Samsung - last time I will ever own Samsung

Did not get to play with it at all as the trackpad sunk in on the first click. Sad but that should indicate this was either a lemon or the overall build quality is bad.

I was super disappointed in this laptop. The screen detached on one side pretty quickly after my purchase. The sound is poor and battery life is not good. It did not work for my online school but its good for a portable Netflix.

If you a college student and looking for good computer without no problem . I don’t recommend this one . Word , google docs doesn’t work as it should be .

Eight months in, and it totally quit working. Took it to Geek Squad. The representative confirmed that all that can be done with it is throw it in the trash. Huge waste of money. Do not buy,

For me buying Samsung products is a lot like going to a Chinese buffet, the next day you never say that was a good idea. I by alot of chromebooks for work. This model offers very low Value in comparison to other brands.

Best buy is not at fault. That's 1. 2. Samsung customer service is terrible. My Chromebook is 6 months old and it died. Black screen with a flashing red light. What's Samsung's response? Borrow one and buy a new one.

This has been the greatest Chromebook I’ve ever used! Sleek design with the folding screen and used with a stylus off of Amazon my kids love drawing and making art on it. I love being able to take notes side by side while reading books. I’ve literally had no issues with it at all.

Terrible laptop. Worked for a year and broke down Samsung support and their third party support was horrible don’t buy this product.

This item should've been inspected after it was returned before putting it back on the shelf as an open box. The device crashed immediately after booting up every single time.

I was supposed to get 2 additional items as part of the deal. A 3 months apple music and Trend Micro Internet Security, a digital download. I didn't received none.

Purchased this chrome book 8/12/2019 and I’m already having issues. And the worst part is that I hardly use it. It won’t let me get into any app without it flickering

This thing is wack yo. Very slow, freezes up a lot. Very frustrating to flip back and forth between open web pages and apps.

Did not like it. Was not easy to use. Couldn't download Microsoft on it. Still waiting for my refund for Microsoft.
