Saves a lot of time and was fairly easy to setup and operate.

Ot was working really nice at first. Then started to make a really loud noise and did not work properly after that.

This was too expensive not to work very well. I thought it would do better. So I purchased a roomba instead

I had this vacuum for less than a year and had to send it out for repair 3 times before I finally took it back to the store and got my money back. It also isn't low profile and wouldn't fit under my furniture like my Neato before did, a more expensive product does not mean it will be better. Returned for the newest Neato model and have been happy ever since.

My wife asked for a rover for Xmass. i went online and read that the best was the Samsung Powerbot. When we opened the box, the safety info said it would work on dark or black floors, a fact not stressed in any of the ads. We had to return the item since 75% or our flooring was black. Need to fix this and then I will reorder.

And way too fragile for the cost of the produce. Go for a Toomba

Doesn't do pet hair hardly at all.just pushes it around the floor.

We tried this model but it was very clunky hard to understand ands didn't seem to make it around all of the areas .. we ended up taking it back and getting the Roomba that we absolutely love

They no longer make this model. Thank goodness because the vacuum was replaced 4 times. The wheel broke twice and the vacuum just stopped working twice.

Crap crap crap it’s giving me a C 03 error. Took it to geek squad and they said sorry out of warranty you’re on your own!!!!! Don’t bother buying it!

This robot vacuum change the way I tested Samsun products. It’s not durable/reliable and the little wet spot it goes over it die completely

Motors come loose from the wheel and it will drive around in a circle, i have had 2 of these not worth the money

Did not work on one of my oriental rugs got stuck and just kept going back-and-forth back-and-forth

I wanted to give an honest review that many people might wonder on a big purchase like this. I went from a Roomba to this Samsung. Its night and day. The Roomba is a glorified broom compared to this machine. The Samsung has actual suction and if it just misses something with the brush, the suction can be seen sucking in the debris from the side on tile. The Roomba just bounced around with hopes it would hit everywhere. This Samsung maps out the room and will zig zag back and forth with a very high rate of not missing anything. It will miss on the occasion but not often. It can use an app and will show you where it has been which is nice. One time it finished cleaning a room and went back to a place that it had already been and went over an area it missed. I confirmed on the app on what it was doing. Very smart little guy. We have two big dogs that come in dragging in straw and grass and shedding hair. We have two very active children dropping food and such. This vacuum with its huge bin does it all as it has the largest compared to all other robotic vacuums. And I did not know how dirty the house gets in a day, but that vacuum manages to find enough to fill its bin every day Mon-Fri. It has a scheduler, so it cleans and is done before we even get home. As for the negatives other than missing a thing here or there is that it can’t get under small ledges and such. But we take a broom and push it all out and leave it to go to work and it gets it for us. That’s it. We went from using the regular vacuum three times a week to maybe once every two. We will be getting another one when this guy is tired and ready to retire.

I read all the reviews here and purchased the Samsung Powerbot with some skepticism due to some of the negative reviews. However, the one I purchased has been just awesome....but, time will tell just how durable the product is (I also purchased a BestBuy 4-year warranty just in case). I viewed several YouTube comparison videos of the Samsung Powerbot vs. the iRobot and the Neato; and. the Samsung Powerbot was the best at cleaning due to its incredible suction, although not as great at edge cleaning. My expectations of a robot vacuum are probably different than most. I just wanted a unit that would vacuum the high traffic areas (about 2,000 sq. ft.) where most dirt/pet hair normally accumulates, so that I only had to do one thorough cleaning per week. I did not want a robot that was capable of vacuuming under furniture since I had no desire to retrieve a stuck unit (I'll do periodic under furniture cleaning myself). The Samsung Powerbot far exceeded my expectations. This thing cleans in tight spaces between chars, end tables, etc. and I have yet to have this unit get stuck. At times it does get into a tight space where I think it may get stuck, but eventually after a minute or two, it figures its way out....just amazing. So far, the Powerbot has found it's way back to the charger each/every time. I'll give it 4-stars for now and if there are no issues in the next 6-months, I'll give it 5-stars.
