This is my first robotic vacuum but I did extensive comparisons of Neato, Roomba and Samsung. Samsung has the most power and cleans corners and all along the baseboards. There was a warning that it does not do well on black floors but it did great on several small solid black rugs with no problems. It has mapped my house which is a combination of mostly tile, one room of hardwood and 6-8 small rugs. It even as a silent mode that works quietly and you can even watch TV while it goes through the room.

It has superior suction, low noise levels; it’s great for kitty (3) hair and our carpet never looked as good. My wife has back problems and our Dyson animal upright does not want to move on the carpet as it has a sealed backing. This little robot works very well and cleans it’s little heart out. It is built solid and does an excellent job at cleaning. This Is The Robot Vacuum To Have! We Love It.

First off, this is not my first robotic sweeper. I currently use Neato. I bought the 9350 for the 40w vac power. Without hesitation, this is the most powerful robot sweeper I've ever used. Far superior to anything I've seen or used. It's probably close to my Dyson Animal in strength. Now the downside... The sweeper is getting stuck everywhere. Even after ample time to let it map. I have several contemporary rugs that have a large black square pattern. The Samsung sensed these black squares as a drop-off. In other words, the cliff sensors thought is was a stair. The sweeper bounced of the black squares and then got stuck. I removed the carpets, and it worked fine. Problem is, I need it to sweep those rugs! I waited for this sweeper for three months after reading a tech article. Painfully, I had to return the unit. It was of no use to me. My Neato's continue to work flawlessly. If I could take that vacuum power and combine it with the Neato navigation, there's a winner for sure. Three stars.

I have a PowerBot R9250 that I've enjoyed for the past year on the downstairs floor so we decided to get another one for upstairs. Unfortunately, the PowerBot Turbo had multiple issues from the start. We returned it to BestBuy today for a new unit hoping it will work correctly. The PowerBot Turbo unit would sound like it was suctioning but half of the runs it wasn't actually suctioning. Even when it did suction, it barely picked up anything. We ran it, then ran the older "downstairs" PowerBot behind it and the downstairs bot picked up a lot which confirmed the Turbo bot wasn't picking up dirt and dog hair that was present. The PowerBot Turbo was surprisingly louder (we thought due to better suction but maybe the motor was bad). The PowerBot Turbo had issue connecting to the iPhone Smarthome app. It would connect to wifi, be recognized by the phone, but fail to be registered with the Samsung server, so never completed getting setup. Tried numerous times, followed online troubleshooting, even went through the process on my Downstairs bot to make sure it wasn't user error. Downstairs bot registered with the app fine, but Turbo bot failed. Not overly disappointing since the Samsung iPhone app is garbage and throws errors connecting to the server regularly. Also, never once did Turbo bot find its way back to the charging station. Granted, my downstairs bot only finds its way back to the charging station at most 50% of the time (when we first got it, it found the base consistently but over time has seemed to lose its way the majority of the time). If I wasn't happy with the downstairs R9250 bot, I would not be willing to give this Turbo bot one more chance. Crossing my fingers the replacement one is solid - it is charging now...

I'm in love with the powerbot turbo. It is one of my best purchases ever. I've tried other robots and none of them compare to the powerbot. It is built like a tank and it performs very well - it vacuums as good as most upright full-size vacuums. The battery life on the normal setting is a little more than hour, and it recharges in about 2 hours. There are many software options with this model. The dustbin is a good size and is in a convenient location on the unit. I love the wide cleaning path on this unit. In my opinion, this is the best robot on the market. All other manufacturers take note of the Samsung 9350 !!

Got the vacuum recently, the vacuum runs well though has a hard time returning home so far as I've used it. My biggest disappointment is the smart home functionality and the app. The smart home app keeps crashing and trying to create a floor plan never works. For a $1000 robot which main function is floor plan it needs to have an easier way to do it as the robot never completes it. Calling Samsung support is no help. Hope they do update their app or get this functionality running as otherwise it's just doing the job of a $500 robot.

All powerbots have a design flaw preventing cleaning randomly over several weeks use, easily fixed by customers. When the side bumps furniture legs, or backing into walls, the side lifts under motor torque and triggers the sensor for wheel extension, shutting down (protects when picking up off the floor). Some cardboard and tape in the wheel well can keep the wheels proper, so the Powerbot can be used with confidence. Instructions at robotreviews.

I purchased this vacuum with the anticipation of it cleaning the floors while myself or my wife is not home after owning and returning a Roomba 980. The ease of use and app associated with the Samsung by far is the better of the vacuums according to myself. The only problem that occurred was that I never got past the "Creating a new Floor plan" with the Samsung. This feature conveniently maps out the general floor plan of your home to be able to later select room by room for cleaning. The vacuum first stopped on a bathroom rug. The second occurrence was the device backing into a leg on my dining room table, which lifted the back of the vacuum making it think someone was picking it up. Both of these occurrences stopped the operation of the vacuum, as designed and it withheld zero memory of the progress mapping the floor plan and vacuuming so I had to start over multiple times with no success. As said with the Roomba, if your home does not have obstacles the vacuum can get wedged under or ride up against this would be a great buy.

Have had my Powerbot 9350 for a year now. Most of the time it works great. Got stuck at certain places put obstacles there solved that problem. Does a great job on hardwood and carpet. Last time out got a CO 2 code and would turn in circle and stop. Still under warranty sending back to Samsung. All in all we love the job it does.

Where have you been! I have bought two vaccums, a shop vac & a swiffer to no avail have I been able to keep up with cleaning up dog hair on a often basis. After my husband and myself working 50 hrs a week it's the last thing we want to do on almost a daily basis is to sweep the hard wood floors every day. It really is a good machine. I clean the body /filter /brush like twice a month. The canister I empty every time I use it or twice a session if I haven't ran it in a couple of days. My house is hard wood floors. 2000 Sq foot home but I only use it upstairs 1000 Sq ft of home. I love it. It hurt to buy but I took a chance.

I just purchased this device about 26 hours ago and will be returning this unit back to the store. One of the main reasons why I selected this unit was the Wifi and App enabled functionality that this unit claims. I spent nearly 5 hours trying to get the device connected to the in home wifi. The device itself connects perfectly but then there is a communication error between the mobile device (iPhone 7 Plus) and the smart home server. After researching most of the day, I found an ongoing thread on the Samsung website talking about the IOS and Smart Home App issues. These issues have been going on for months and little to no assistance has been provided by the moderators. I will be returning this device in the next day or so and purchasing a different brand.

After changing my wifi password, my Samsung Powerbot R9350 would not connect. I tried resetting , uninstalling the app, contacting Samsung customer support...and nothing. Finally...I brought it back after about 3 months of frustration and got a iRobot Roomba 980. I should have done this a long time ago. It connected to my wifi in less than a minute, and updating the software was done simply through the app with no issues. If you are looking for a robot vacuum, save yourself the frustration and start off with the Roomba 980. You'll be glad you did.

I got this vacuum on march this year. It got a problem after 6 month. It kept stop with out clogging or battery problems. So I sent to repair department for warranty it works fine. But after 2weeks it had another problem again. Machine cant find the docking station.And battery problem. So I send it back to repair But haven't got any notice from them they said it's not repairable and they are going to exchange with another one. But it's been two weeks. Still waiting for it I shouldn't buy this machine.Waist money and waist time.. I'm very disappointed

I would give it a 5 for cleaning, but a 1 for battery life and Samsung not servicing the unit after warranty expired. I was calling Samsung about 8 months after I bought it. It will vacuum for 5 minutes ang return to the charging station. We only use it once a week. The battery is $240. I have bought my last Samsung product.

I purchased this robot vacuum to replace another robot vacuum that was experiencing trouble functioning. From the beginning, I noticed the PowerBot was very bad at navigation and got stuck all over the place. It's been a regular occurrence to find it with a dead battery half way across our first floor after it got "lost" and couldn't find it's way back to the charging dock. With three cats in the house, we tend to have a lot of fur that needs to be cleaned. With our Neato, our rug in the family room was always clean till the unit malfunctioned. The PowerBot was so bad at picking up fur from the rug that I had to consistently go back with my upright vacuum to clean up after the robot. Today, the robot malfunctioned and just kept going in circles. I ended up leveraging the Geek Squad protection plan that I bought and returned the useless vacuum.

Works great. Very happy. Was not sure about this vaccume. Glad I bought it !!

I have sent my powerbot back 3 times to Samsung to repair. Last time they couldn’t fix and sent it back to me. I will never buy one again
