Great vacuum, powerful. I ordered it with 4 years warranty. Sometimes it sn't well organized in the way it goes. The best thing is the power. At full power, it's last 40min, after it needs 2 hours charge. It finishes automatically its works after charge.The software is correct.

This is a great powerful vacuum and would recommend this to anyone that has a lot of carpet. It does a great job in picking up and keeping the house tidy.

Does a great job picking up dirt and lint in carpet. Not as good on hardwood floors but am satisfied with it.

Never thought I'd see the day when robotic devices would scurry around my home cleaning up after me and the critters... Rosie from the Jetsons? This little Bot, while a somewhat extravagant convenience, is a real work horse. My wife is amazed at how much dust, cat hair and dander it finds, even when our dark tile floors look clean! While it isn't a silent warrior in the struggle against dust and dirt, it is much quieter than the conventional weapons in our arsenal (Dyson and Hoover). While we still get out the 'big guns' for some jobs, the Samsung PowerBot does a commendable job at everyday cleanup. It transitions from tile to oriental rugs easily, and my wife likes the laser guidance pointer too. Weapons grade, you might say! Unfortunately, our cat has not taken to riding around on it yet, but confidence is high...

Awesome little vacuum, gave this the the wife for Christmas and she loves it, we turn it on when we leave for work and come home to a clean floor. Every once in a while it will get caught up on something but very rarely. Well worth the money and dusting is also rarely done now.

I purchased the device on Christmas Eve for $1,000. I was wary of the cost, but I was told by the representative at the West LA store that this is the best product they carry. After one day of usage, the device would automatically shut down when it leaves its docking station. So far I have spent 3 hours on the phone with Samsung Customer Service, and the solution was that I should bring it in for repair. If the product falls apart after 1 day of usage (which equals to 30 minutes of vacuuming while it was recognizing the lay of the area), buyer beware.

It can learn your whole house rather easily, its suction power is sufficient, and its ability to dodge obstacles is impressive. If you’re scared off by the $1100 price tag, I don’t blame you. But if you’re serious about automated vacuuming, go for it.

We love Rosie, she comes off her home 3 times a week and does a job we always put off way more than we should have. As long as we do a good job of cleaning up before and making sure there are no traps waiting for her to fall into she works perfectly. The first time she ran she trapped herself under our entertainment center so badly that I really had to work to repair her bumper so the C05 error would go away. Since shes worked perfectly and we are amazed at the amount of dirt she collects in just a couple days. Really my only complaint is, for what you pay, Samsung should really work on making Samsung Home a richer experience.  Want to schedule your robot automatically to come out and sweep three times a week? Sorry I don't find that in Samsung Home. Stuff like that seems like a no brainer.  Still, would I buy our Rosie again? Heck yes. Now to find someone to do a good job mopping!

Overall easy to use and fast pick up! Better when used with the app. Sometimes has issue with mapping the room. Has the function to control vacuum and take it in the direction you want for spot cleaning. VERY useful!

The suction on this thing is great. The unit is definitely more intelligent than others I've seen, though has gotten stuck between chair legs once. Still working on utilizing the mapping feature.

I've had 4 robots. 2 where the old roomba. The roomba was good, but not as awesome as this samsung. The PowerBot, does an amazing job of cleaning. We never imagined how much dust accumulates daily until we ran this puppy. It runs on a schedule. We don't even have to use any virtual walls as it is so smart. The only issue is linking to smartthings. SmartThings isn't so smart when it comes to initial connectivity. In fact, I can't get the latest one to even connect. I'm sure I will, but it should be like linking any other IOT device.

In less than 1 year it no longer works. Battery says full charge but the unit shuts off in 5 seconds and will not restart until recharged. Even when it did work it rarely found home and had to be carried back to the base unit to recharge. It might be OK for a small home with no furniture, but mostly useless for a normal furnished home.

We’ve been using this for about a week now and have a lot of pets and the floors are clean! You do need to pick up chairs if you want the floor under the table cleaned, but you need to do that anyway, so. We have hard woods and tile floors with only one vet low pile rug.

Make sure you don’t use this in a wet area or to scoop up large chunks of stuff. If you have a big area it will look professionally cleaned! Great everyday vacuum and worth the upgrade to the turbo for SURE. Never buy a refurb or used of these.

Great vacuum. It is very powerful and does not make much noise and the best thing is that you can control it with your cell phone

works ok had issues mapping my entire apt wont map everything and 2 years after purchase the battery died Samsung support leaves a lot be desired where it works it works well and lots of suction for cleaning, but i guest its not built to last.

No fall sensors so you have to put up magnetic strips (provided) to prevent it from falling down stairs. Works really good overall. Quick, long battery life, cleans very well.

I love my powerbot. It's easy to use. Redocks itself and goes back to work a second time when recharged. Does a good job getting under furniture but doesn't get all debris at the baseboards
