The phone was in bad condition I didn’t can use it because was under AT&T account active

Extremely disappointed with the battery life. No better than my 9 I was replacing. Bought on website used. Return policy was not clear. Good thing the store honored it but I still had to pay a 45 restocking fee for a detective phone.

NOT UNLOCKED!! Thank you for a phone that is very clearly not unlocked. Just trying to replace my teenage daughters old phone without spending $1000. And of course its too good to be true.

There is no ability to purchase a protection plan for refurbished purchases and the return/exchange period doesn't start from when you pick up your phone but instead from when you placed the order.

Second time I’m let down by Best Buy The ad said this phone was unlocked once I purchased it n tried activating found out that was false it not only was a locked phone but was still under someone’s name

the pre-owned I received from best but had a lot of scuff marks and the box that was used was a generic.

Too bad deal because that was stolen phone they sell and create problems for people .

I ordered this month about a month ago, it was refurbished. However you cannot tell that it has been refurbished and is in excellent condition. So far i have had no issues at all! Would definitely recommend the refurbished phines if you are working within a budget.

The phone was in good condition, no scratches and good battery life, a full charge last for about 14 hours of normal use.

The phone i have is a refurbished gaming phone, and this gaming phone heats up way too fast and battery life is unstable when playing a game. But that can be understandable sense it is refurbished. Other than that i have no complaints whatsover, more over im happy it came with a charger and a plug in and the phone was fully charged, very nice for a refurbished phone.

Battery life, camera, screen, and processing speed are all excellent! There were a few minor cosmetic scratches, but those were quickly hidden with a case

Phone arrived earlier than expected and was in great condition. My only complaint is similar phones are cheaper from other retailers.

I purchased a pre-owned Galaxy S21 in November last year, right before a trip to Europe, and because my galaxy S9 was too old to use. While in Europe, S21 was working fine, no issues at all. I only started having issues when I came back to the US. Signal will be spotty, calls will drop, no internet access, even if I was outside on a sunny day. T-mobile tried to fix it on their end resetting the network and, on a separate occasion, inserting a physical sim-card, instead of an ecard. This has been a really bad and frustrating experience. I can only make calls or access the internet while I'm connected to wi-fi, even if the 5G simbol is shown (and signal bars in full. I would have return the phone except by the time I noticed it, phone was already out of warranty. I never had any issues with my S9 but It got too old and I was forced to upgrade it. I purchased it because of the price and my good history with samsung Galaxy's but since then, have regret my decision.

I've never purchased a pre-owned phone, so I was a little hesitant about buying this. It's such an upgrade from my S7! The phone was packaged in a box with a sim key and a charger. Everything looked brand new. So far, I have zero issues with the phone. It was easy to transfer my same phone number to my current cellular service. I was able to get all my information/apps moved over to the new phone. I love it!

The cell arrives in good condition camara is good battery life good everything is good
