Refurbished and works fine, no issues, easy pickup

Would never have guessed this was a used phone.. amazing!!

Best Buy sold this locked phone with AT&T but advertised as unlocked phone. I bought this phone for my mom who is travelling but now I can't use it. 1) I talked to Best Buy customer service but they recommended to go to local store. 2) I went to local store but they told me to talk to at&t 3) I went to local at&t store but they told me to talk to at&t customer service since it cannot be unlocked in store 4) I called the at&t customer service but they told me it is not locked with at&t prepaid but you can check with manufacturer samsung. 5) I called samsung customer service but they said it is not under their control because it is a carrier locked. 6) Again I called at&t customer service they told me to talk to postpaid 7) Again I called at&t postpaid customer service and they are saying original owner can only unlock the phone. I'm going through all this hassle and spending lot of time and effort in busy schedule to deal with this!

So far so good the only reason I give it a 3 is because it took days to set up my phone and still wasn't able to transfer all my stuff over

This is a great phone.. only because is pre-owned doesnt mean its not good phone. I rather get open box or pre owned and ill pay less. It was a good price for the type of phone.

I recommend you informing consumer the condition of phone they are purchasing. Whether Excellent, Good or Fair. I plan to return phone.

The phone never arrived, Best Buy said it got lost, UPS cannot track it. No one to help

The phone I purchased from Best Buy was a stolen phone. Buyer beware!
