I upgraded from a 1st gen MotoX. This phone is much faster. and has a very nice camera, better in low light. The voice features are better in the true Android environment, Samsung's implementation is limited.

I was a little hesitant to buy a pre owned / refurbished phone. This is my first refurbished purchase with best buy. I was very happy with the purchaee. The phone looked like new.. no scratch no prints etc.. very happy

I have bought Samsung S7 edge to use it in Russia. It works very good with only one disadvantage - Russian language is not in the list of languages for system installation (affected menus, icon's labels etc.).

I bought this phone for my son in a different state, the phone arrived very fast and he loves it, no scratches or anything. The only thing is it didn't have the earphones but besides that he loves it.

It works perfect and great battery life..works on any network.

This phone is gowwwhhhhhhhhhrgeous!! The silver titanium face is so space like, like i am competing with martians on their devices. It's this brushed silver, very advanced silver, beautiful matte but shiny...hmmm. Gets smudged fast though. And the rounded edges of the stronger gorilla glass, so intensely beautiful. The transaction was smooth, once the order went through. Best Buy is so responsive and quick, quick, quick where that is concerned. 2 days usual ship. Crazy. It takes some many days to get used to using this phone, well any phone, but the intimidation level on this one is very high. Lots of learning and high end swift movement. Wonderful phone.

Ordered this phone refurbished for my mom. Cannot tell that it's refurbished. Works like new. Had no problems transferring data from Galaxy S5 to this phone. Highly recommended.

Sensitive touch - feeling nice with soothing controls. It jus gets hot with updates sometimes... apart from that this is one of the best in market.. can't beat the price.

Refurbished model has 90 day waranty as opposed to one year with new model, but when you can save over three hundred dollars I took the risk and was not disappointed.

Lookswise phone is very good. Phone condition is nice as well because it was refurbished. So overall everything is good.

Looks brand new, no scratches. Only down side is the charger that was sent is way too big. Phone is very slippery- get a case immediately

I had one of these phone from carrier. This one just minus all the carrier's bloatware which make this phone runs smoother. Love it!!!

Phone looks new. No marks / scratches on screen or back cover. Battery life so far is excellent. I'm using a Sprint sim card and activation was a breeze. No dead pixels and phone recognizes my 128gb memory card. Coming from a S4 to a S7 edge is night and Day. Just buy the refurb model w/no regrets. Also phone came in 2 days earlier than expected.
