A: they come with 90 days warranty from bestbuy. I received them scratch free.
Q: Can i buy warranty for this phone?
A: It comes with a 90 day warranty. However, if you are skeptical about liking the phone, then find another way to purchase it. We bought my refurb phone and I just did not like it and switched back to my iPhone. Tried to take it back and was told the since it was opened, I cannot bring it back. Also you only have 14 days to return any of their items. Just more to think about.

A: No way to know why for sure. Could be a few different reasoms....for me Best Buy will tell you its refurb and many places dont ell you that. For the price I paid it was a supe deal. My phone works perfect!
