This hub is easy to setup and get working with compatible items. Can't wait for the automation options to be expanded.

This works great with my Phillips hue lights and arlo cameras. Also has a lot of other products that it will work with.

The hub works great with all of my smart home devices. I haven't had any issues with connections or any lag. If you're looking to tie in multiple smart home devices this may just be the answer to creating a cohesive and simple way of interacting with them. Just be prepared to give up a port on your router for this. I personally have a switch because it's inexpensive, requires 0 setup and allows me to have enough LAN ports for everything I need HUE bridge, Fire TV, Xbox One, etc.

First hub works great with Alexa. I use it to control kitchen lights, bedroom lamps, living room and family room.

Will continue to build on this hub to help automate items around the house. This is a easy to use product.

Easy to setup, supports many devices but not as many as the Wink. App is reliable and doesn't crash. Would recommend

I am loving this hub and everything it is capable of. It is working with sensor of several brands without problems!

Aside from issues with the hub coming on and off line at times (No other connected devices do) it serves it's purpose.

Works perfect and easy to setup. Controls multiple lights and features thought my house. Perfect to use with Google Home

The physical connection was easy, but the technical setup to my network was not. There is a new app for Smart Things, which was not easy to navigate, I called their technical support, which helped a lot. Once I got app going, the connection to the light switch took awhile, but now everything is working great, including voice control via Alexa. Although it took time and patience, even for a former computer operator, it is a great item, and I recommend it.

My Smartthings hub works very well at controlling a lamp and my outside lights currently. My only complaint is that it will randomly turn on my living room lamp. I set up my android phone as a presence sensor, and sometimes while sitting at home, it thinks I just got home and turns on the lights. I've read that other people had the same issue, and use the Life360 app to get presence location instead. I just set that up 2 days ago, but so far no unwanted lights being turned on.

this hub allows you to connect zigbee and zwave devices. stable and does not loose connection to the devices.

Looked and reviewd many home automation products. Smart Things is Afordable, Easy to setup, simple and powerful to use.
