Toy for adults who love to mess with family

Combine this with Ecobee4, Kwikset door locks, or any of the many other home automation devices for great entertainment. When your wife/fiance changes the temperature, you don't need to get up, just open up the ecobee4 app and change it back. Simple as that!

For example, TP-Link Mini-Plugs require a node server on a local PC/PI and special code including device handlers. Good thing is that GIT open source has documented solution. I am still trying to get them working.

Having fun automating my home

I'm I a Smartthings hub with Google Home so things are voice controlled. No doubt it's fun but I'd have a hard time saying it's something everyone should do. Expensive but I'm looking to future and hoping for new tech and possibilities.
